Awful!!! Awful!!! Awful!!! BELIEVE the reviews!! Young kids running wild and unchecked throughout the hotel. Front desk are NO a help and in fact HUNG UP on me! No management present. No supervisor present. Useless silly little girl on the front desk totally incapable of doing a job. I contacted Hilton Diamond Desk and have a case number.
Front desk team and housekeeping staff extremely helpful - with Covid, did not want others in room too much, so staff always made sure we had plenty of towels, removed trash we placed at door, always friendly and smiling.
Smooth Sailing!!! Staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Clean property and room, adjacent shopping center with grocery, dollar store and restaurants within walking distance. We experienced an issue with our thermostat and maintenence was there in no time.
They were great when they first opened but the hotel and staff service has declined significantly and I will NEVER return. I will take my business elsewhere. $250 additional fee for incidentals is a joke and it takes 5 to 7 days to return!
REALLY nice place! My daughter and I left another hotel that was awful and we were so relieved when we got here! We felt like Queens! Very comfy and wonderful staff! Going to book again for December right now!
Friendly staff - Clean hotel - Great Location - Amazing rooms. I will surely be back when we visit to enjoy a longer stay. Well done by the Hilton Team truly a mark of what the brand needs more of. Only part I would change is not within the notes control as much the corporate rewards, as a Diamond only receiving two bottles of water and pack of cookies, they should allow member to pick reward that is best for them. Overall great hotel recommended you give them a try.
This hotel was clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. It was a little hard to find using Apple maps, but when I called, the front desk receptionist was very helpful.
Stayed over for a weekend as I had a couple of events to attend. I didn't have any interactions with the front desk staff as I check-in and out from my phone, although I was greeted each time I entered/exited. I'll give this hotel a shoutout for not having the air conditioners in the rooms limited, if you want the room to go down to 60 degrees, the AC will go down to 60 degrees. The pool is small but perfect for 2-3 families at most, the complimentary breakfast was small but satisfactory for what it was and did the job. The only thing that would keep me from giving this hotel the highest ratings are the following: - The rooms are a bit dated, and the bathrooms (specifically toilets) can use an upgrade. - You can hear the RT17 traffic from your room, the only thing louder than the traffic was the refrigerator in the room. - The elevators are extremely slow so if you are above the 3rd floor it can be annoying to go up and down. - The mattresses (we had the king-size bed) were extremely thin to the point you could feel the springs pressing into your body as you sleep. - The night we had one of the events we could drive through the entrance way as we did normally as there were 2 cars parked there. When we go to the entrance it was a bunch of people hanging out and smoking weed with both cars parked and playing music loudly. (This could be a one-time thing here but I was only there 1 night) Overall, for what I needed a hotel for this stay, just a place to sleep for 1 night. I don't believe I could do more.…
We were attending a concert at the MetLife stadium and I wanted a hotel that was close. It worked perfectly for this. It was easy to get to the stadium to park beforehand and when leaving in the mass lines of traffic we were actually able to get to the hotel in the opposite direction than everyone else seemed to want to go. So a win. The hotel was fine. Bathroom could use an upgrade but otherwise it was all absolutely fine. Large parking lot. The hotel is literally right next door to the police station and a nice shopping center, that you could walk to, with food options. I had zero interaction with the front desk as I checked in and out on the app.. so I have no comment as to their service
Worst front desk service ever. Old lady employee was yelling at her manager and to guests. Halls smell and rooms are in below par condition. Stay away!!! House keeping is on request and they don’t tell you that. They only come if you’re there over 4 days. What slobs. Ownership and Hilton should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve been a Hilton member for years and never experienced this treatment and low class employee.
