Booked this hotel for a visit home. Cost was always reasonable. For some reason it cost me 100,000 points AND $500 for 4 nights. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable and in dire need of replacement. It actually sloped to the center. The quilt was just the size of the mattress. The air unit was one of those long wall units but controlled by a wall thermostat. I set it to 73. When it clicked on, I was shocked that ice chips didn’t fly out. And because it was right next to the bed, and the shortness of the quilt, it got very uncomfortable. Listening to ppl play basketball outside our window every morning was not the best in the world. The indoor pool was “closed” the entire time. The only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because of the full size fridge and the staff was very nice.…
Great place to stay. Rooms clean, staff super friendly, close to major highways and restaurants. Pool closed due to covid restrictions, understandably... i would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure
First, the bed had a great mattress, soft sheets, nice pillows and a fairly new down comforter-super comfy and slept well. Second, kichenette sink drained very slow and faucet leaked. Ants were present and water damaged floor was very loud to walk on. Bathroom sink drained very slow. In-room safe did not lock and 1 of 2 elevators did not work. On site laundry and indoor pool were out of order. One ice machine of 2 was out of order. Good breakfast with fresh fruit and variety of hot and cold items. Staff very friendly and helpful. Showing age and needs updating and maintenance.
Property needs a complete renovation. Carpets old, dirty, and Stained. Furniture old, dirty and stained. One elevator and laundry room out of service. Cooking utensils inadequate. Housecleaning left no clean towels. Etc
The room was large but things like dining chairs, sofa, and carpet are worn out and kind of unclean. We spread towels on sofa before sitting on them. The breakfast is complementary and had a good selection of items for veg and non-veg options.
The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accomodating. Front desk was exceptional, specially the manager , lady called Kelly if I remember correctly. She was able to guide us on every opportunity as we were there as complete foreigners. Where to shop , eat etc. The breakfast room was excellent, the food delicious. After long time we could enjoy hot food for breakfast in a hotel. Truly a delite to stay here , shame it was only for a few days. Thank you everyone to make our stay truly memorable. 🙏🏿🙏🏿
Front desk was extremely accommodating and the rest of the staff were so helpful. Complimentary breakfast didn’t hurt either. Furniture could be updated but room was clean. They let our group use the outside facilities that evening. Would definitely stay again.
This is by far the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked 2 king bedroom suites for 2 days and when I came to check in I was downgraded to a double queen suite. S I get to the room and the TV in the living room doesn't work. I call the front desk and was told maintenance is gone for the day and they will fix it in the morning. So I come back after work today and the TV is still not fixed and they would put me in another room but that didn't happen. So I go to use the stove to cook dinner and that doesn't work either. Still waiting for room change and it's been a day already. With all costs do not stay here.
This particular Hilton establishment has to be one of the worst. I typically stay at Hilton hotels because of the brand. This has definitely been a first for me as a frequent Hilton patron. From the booking to the excessive maintenance this hotel was definitely not what I expected. The room was fairly clean and that’s about it. However the couch had noticeable white stains on the sofa. Sheets do not fit the bed properly. The rooms with showers only almost appear to be originally designed as a handicap shower. The dining area wasn’t operational in the lobby. Television not functional after being reported on numerous occasions. Shower water pressure is almost at a minimum. Water in both the shower and the sink never gets to the point of being hot just luke warm. All the furniture within this hotel rooms needs to be replaced. My son who was was working in Egg Harbor told me prior to my arrival the elevator had been out of commission for weeks. Again I have never stayed at Hilton property as bad as this one.…
Don’t not stay in room 102. That room has issues upon issues and the staff was not concerned. I called for maintenance to fix the door closer never came but he was on his way house keeping was cleaning a room for me to move too. Ha ha smh. They tell you anything to get you off the phone
