I've used this service to take the shuttle many times. its efficient, runs every 20 minutes. The drivers are established and know the area. The last visit I encountered was quite a health and safety issue to be aware of while being in a shuttle van. Because our flight was cancelled and then we rescheduled on a sister airline, the scene at the airport at 10 pm was insane. No reflection on the shuttle service. But now many people are scrambling to take the tram to terminal c. Well after 10, that only runs one way. Thís is an international airport we are talking about. Maybe four employees to try and assist where passengers should go, Once on the transfer to get to ground transportation, we run for our Hilton shuttle. Its already there and packed to the rafters. The one driver, a young women, is packing as many suitcases on by herself I might add. She needs a raise for this one women show! We are the last 2 [passengers in and its almost 12 midnight. The entire shuttle is filled with airline crew. They need to get back after their journey! Word to the wise, don't take a flight unless necessary after 10 pm, you maybe part of the suitcase and luggage. I would use this service again, its quick but never after 10 pm!

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed at The Hilton during a quick overnight to Newark for a funeral. Wanted quick access to the airport for an early morning flight home. I was able to use keyless check in. Property was typical Hilton quality, clean, well maintained, beautiful. Used the shuttle to airport. The service was timely, efficient, courteous, and friendly. Another reason I continue to use Hilton.

I’m a little torn with this review because we did in fact have a wonderful time and experience; however, the cleanliness of the hotel was really poor. The staff were wonderful, the self-serve Starbucks machine was appreciated and the overall hotel was decent for an airport hotel. The only reason why we most likely wouldn’t come back is due to the stained sheets on one of our beds and the bathroom door. When we voiced our concerns we were offered a change of the sheets but we didn’t want to bother all that trouble for just one night. We were able to just settle with one of the double beds but it was still surprising to experience that.

Very convenient hotel next to Newark Airport. Clean, comfortable bed, and contemporary. Restaurant open late with good selection of food. A big plus is 24 hr shuttles that leave every 20 min. Airport is 5-10 min away depending on terminal. Tip-definitely have TSA pre check. At 5:40 am, lines were already long. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is sound insulation from floor above and outside door could be better. Sound from outside hotel very good.

I stayed here with my son due to an overnight layover. I am frequent business traveler and Hilton Diamond member, so I try to stay at on of their properties when possible. Let's just say this hotel has seen better days. It just looks sad. When I checked into my room, the AC was blowing hot air. Not good after a long haul flight in May. So I went to the desk to and asked to move rooms. The person at the desk told me that I could not move because they were oversold. So I went to the next person behind the desk and told her I was Diamond and needed to move. Just like that a miracle occurred in New Jersey. They found a room with a working AC. After purchasing a few overpriced items at the restaurant, I went back to the front desk to ask a question. Then they informed be that as a Diamond member, I received a daily credit but ONLY at the restaurant. You know, the one I just paid for dinner. In a nutshell. If you have other options I would take them.

stay for business for 4 days. The hotel is pretty clean. Front lobby staff were attentive. The room is a good size, comfortable and clean. I did not use exercise area due to I was too busy for my work. I did not use the housekeeping service either, I just replace my trash liner daily. No issues throughout my stay. Very convenient to go to the airport. Shuttle come to pick up every 20 minutes on top of the hour.

As we arrived very early at Hilton due a flight change, we had our room perfect clean earlier, before noon.We ate at the restaurant and the pizza was delicious! Our room very quiet, as well as the AC. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We keep booking Hilton ecause we trust abd it's very close to the Newark Irport.The shuttles work every 20 minutes!

Check-in staff were rude and impolite. The room had NO HAIRDRYER. Even the cheapest motel or hostel I’ve encountered in my life has that. But at the Hilton and an airport hotel??? This hotel is unbearably hot. In the room you can’t lower it below 22° (and it felt like >25°) or increase the fan speed. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. There is no info about anything in the room about food or the airport shuttle. No paper or QR code. The room safe is tiny too. And there is no advantage of being a HH Gold level here. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

Careful staying here, no towels at all in the room after a late check in, did not notice no towels until the next morning after a shower. Desk clerk when told had no comment or compassion and room smelled like pot. This is a first after 35 years of business travel, very disappointed.

I booked a day room that was booked to start at 9 am. I arrived at 9:30 and was told that no room was ready. I pulled out the booking sheet and was told that was something I should take up with the booking company. I said the issue is the booking company was their agent and they’d sold the room for 9 am. I was then told that their policy was to have day rooms at 10. I said well why don’t you comp my parking ($24!). The “manager” Jacqueline kept repeating “take it up with the third party.” It was obvious they have this problem repeatedly. It was also obvious they don’t actually understand the law governing bookings. Nothing like taking a red eye and booking a day room to find out oh yeah it’s more like part of a day room for full price and overpriced parking.
