My husband and I stayed here for an overnight getaway. It was very relaxing, the service was great and food fantastic. The view overlooking the ocean, well below, was especially relaxing as we sipped our coffee. The resident dog and cat were great non intrusive companions too :) I'd go back in a heartbeat.

We keep coming back again and again to stay at Seascape Manor - this year was year 19! The Hartshorne Room (very large) is our favorite with it's king sized bed and large private balcony. We also have stayed in the Precious Moments Room (small but has a great bathroom) with a balcony and a view of the ocean and...

Bob, Gloria and Colleen make this B&B a must visit! It is very cozy and decorated with such a charming touch. There is a couple of resident cats and a dog named Freckles along with his buddy Jake. Breakfast is made from scratch and the sea air will help you sleep at night. Lots to do in the town of...

Great B&B. First time there the week of 7/25 for 4 nights. Had a balcony with view of river and ocean. The full breakfast each morning was excellent. They also have a fridge stocked with soda and water as well as a fridge for guests to keep their food, etc. They also had red and white wine available. Only a...

As a traveler in many wonderful European countryside inns, this was the closest place reflective of that felling...and overlooking the breathtaking Atlantic ocean in Highland NJ which happens to be the highest spot on the USA's east coast? Magnifique..1 word. Inn keeper Gloria's years of hospitality, knowhow and taste are quickly visible in every corner of the parlor, deck and...

May, 2016-We arrived early and was greeted by Robert as Gloria was "too busy at the time". Our "GARDEN ROOM" was not ready so we quickly changed into swimsuits, were given complimentary beach parking pass and headed out. Returned to Seascape around 4pm and was shown to our room. Three different live bees in the window were just the beginning...

Go to seascape every year, very relaxing! Beautiful view of Sandy Hook. Comfortable, pretty rooms. Excellent breakfast, especially the muffins! Excited to be there next month! Very close to great outdoor seafood restaurants.

First of all, this is an old, historic house. If you don't like old houses, this might not be the place for you. Secondly, they have animals--so if you don't like puppies and kitties, you should probably stay away. We like both and had a great time. We had the Hartshorne room and the view from the deck is worth...

Although we were skeptical when we first arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with this wonderful bed and breakfast. It included many amenities such as wine, coffee, tea, and soda available 24 hours. A wonderful home cooked breakfast each morning that included homemade muffins with homemade jelly, fruit cup, a choice of 2 entrees and bacon, sausage, or ham. Decorated with...

“Room vary in size, in bed type, with or without private decks, and bathrooms vary in size and amenities. Check the web site or call to get the details. I loved the Hartshorne room, large room with king bed and big private deck. That trumped smaller room with large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub for me.”
