Thank you, Esther, for making our stay so enjoyable. Beautiful old home kept up meticulously. So perfectly clean you can eat off of the floors. Special accommodations made for shomer shabbat. We enjoy b&bs and this rates well. Only recommendation, more comfortable pillows.

We decided last minute to spend a quiet weekend on the New Jersey shore. We were referred to Cedars by friends who recommended the inn highly. We were not disappointed at all! the innkeeper, Esther Cohen welcomes you and is very accommodating to all your needs. She addresses all your requests and issues and really makes you feel at home....

The Cedars and Beeches is a wonderfully-restored 1890s Empire/Late Victorian house, with all of the architectural features intact. Thus, lots of character and warmth. Large, spacious common areas and rooms. Our room was large, high-ceilinged, and had a huge en suite bathroom with claw-foot tub. Even on one of the hottest days/nights of the year, the central A/C did its...

Its a large home with historic charm but still comfortable and inviting! If you think lace, flower wallpaper and doilies when you think b&b's, think again. Our room was a bright sunny yellow and even had a color coordinated bookshelf which i liked, being a book worm. The owner, Esther, greeted us m, told us the houses history which was...

This bed and breakfast hotel is situated in an old Victorian house. The rooms are comfortable and furnished in character with the age of the property but with modern conveniences. The breakfast was quite good although the full range of dishes is only available at the weekend. The constant presence of the owner who lives on the property is somewhat...

This type of review is always perplexing. As you stated I live here and work here so my presence is clearly not only a necessity but a pleasure; I cannot imagine where you might expect me to be. Additionally I can only guess, based on your comment that my intuition, unlike with the many others who visit here and reviewed...

Our family spent a wonderful labor Day weekend at Cedars and Beeches. The kosher amenities allowed us to enjoy our Shabbat as well as the shore. The B&B offers a kosher breakfast of prepared and wrapped food and most importantly a kitchen with a refrigerator and hot plates that we could use. (For guests who did not want kosher, a...
