Have stayed there twice this past year when going to a show in Atlantic City. Will always be my first choice for visits in the area. Quaint comfortable rooms with fireplaces and one with a private deck overlooking the river. Great dining downstairs and at several nearby restaurants. Clean, comfy rooms and the owner is very personable and accommodating.

I cannot tell you how disappointed we were with our dinners. We had visited the restaurant many times several years ago and decided to take a friend for a birthday dinner. The only thing good about the restaurant was our server. She was great! Everything else was a 2 from a 1 to 10 rating. We couldn't believe how much... More

We stayed one night and couldn't be more pleased. Larry is a great host. He told us everything we needed to know upon arrival, and prepared a great breakfast the next morning. We stayed in the Babcock room which was small but perfect for our needs. It was nicely furnished and quite adorable. The restaurant was closed on the night... More

We've lived in this area for 13 yrs - for the first nine, dedicated foodies who ate out frequently (almost religiously), trying out all the establishments in the area. We had heard of the Inn at Sugar Hill, but never managed to make it a destination. Now we're three, and I needed to find somewhere low-key and family-friendly to take... More

I had the pleasure of dining here last night during AC restaurant week, Was pleasantly surprised with the variety and quality of the food offerings of the special menu, I started my evening with a dink at the cute little bar while I waited for my dinner partner. The drink was strong and freshly made. I selected the baby lamb... More

Had a training conference in town and stayed here for 3 nights. We stayed in the Pennington room. It had a beautiful view of the lake and was very spacious. Larry was awesome and met us as we arrived late and told us everything we needed to know. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and our meals were... More

Very nice B+B and restaurant on an inlet on the bay. The house is very old but in excellent repair. Our room was small but quite OK during our short stay. Dining is available inside or on the dock - food was excellent and priced fairly. Host/hostess Larry and Tina are friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed a morning walk... More
