The staff deserve a 10,their service was excellent. The owner or owners of this hotel need to desperately update the hotel. I've never been in a handicap accessible room without some type of dresser. The room was nice and clean. If and when I return to New Jersey, I will not come to this hotel. Unfortunately the owner puts the staff on the front lines to accommodate customers the best they can. Almost forgot General Manager Casey, if not for her being very proactive, inspecting my room to make sure it was prepared, I would have left. The staff is the best feature of this hotel.

was told to roll my own rolling bed to 4th flr. I had to strip dirty linen off. Various calls for missing pillow, blanket, was told to get it myself. unplugged fridge first chilled only a little by the next afternoon. Coffee pot broken, 1 sugar, 1 coffee pod for 5 guests. No tv signal at all.

I have stayed there with my family for a few days and that place is not family friendly! The moment you enter the building to the front desk you smell weed. And it’s not the guests who are smoking believe me. It literally comes from the front desk or the office behind it. The staff doesn’t even care and they’re so unprofessional

The front desk needs some help. Housekeeping was very accommodating and the breakfast needs a lot of help it shouldn't be called breakfast because it's a grabbing go apple juice coffee oatmeal and breakfast bar

This is a nice, basic motel which has been upgraded and is staffed by a caring, respectful team. It does have nuances of aging, such as old cigarette smells, but it is very clean and currently smoke free.

Stayed here in route and returning from family gathering. Both stays were comfortable with plenty of hot water and well maintained. Close to restaurants and activities. Slept well with minimal noise and comfortable bed.

Super 8 in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Right off a main artery in NJ, very clean with updated amenities . Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely would return. I neglected to mention the rate was better than expected!!

Kids running wild down the halls, room smelled like cigarettes, stayed 3 nights last night we were rushed outside because someone was smoking and set the smoke alarm off, was forced to stand in the cold rain for over an hour as it took the fire department 23 mins to get there! Staff were nice and welcomed my service dog.

There was this odor that is musty. There are places inside the room that needs proper vacuum cleaning. I have to admit rooms are decent size, but more better cleaning required. Receptionist was friendly.
