Great location with one of the best bartender! Mel was super friendly and knowledgeable. He makes amazing margaritas! The atmosphere was great with the only thing missing is some music. However, the drinks made for it!

Everything was great. Location to NYC is ideal, short trip to the Port authority, which is steps from Times Square. Only downside is they still do not do room service ( unless requested) due to covid. Seems more like cost cutting to me than worry about covid at this point.

Most hospitable staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are perfect for a just a place to sleep. Family of 3 of us and was all we needed. Can't beat the bus service into the city for $3.50 or location to everything like restaurants, Dream America and metlife

Nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfast pricing is reasonable. I was able to check in 3 hours early. Parking garage was free for hotel guests and is secure with locked gate. Felt at ease leaving car there for the day and taking public transit to NYC.

Its a great hotel, the price was very good for the area and time of the year. It is a bit far from NYC (about 30min drive to time square) but the hotel does offer a shuttle at 8:15, 9:45 and 20:30 and 22:30 from and back (10usd per person). the parking is large and secure. the breakfast were good. The only downside i would mention is the shower water pressure is low, washing hair and lower bodypart takes a while.

WE decided to go to New York as a Christmas gift to our 2 kids. My wife found the hotel while doing some investigation and it was a reasonable price. To get to Time Square is really easy also. There is a shuttle that takes you for 14$US per trip and drop you off directly in Time Square. The staff is really friendly and they are really helpful.

Highly recommend this hotel. Clean, beautiful with spacious rooms. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and staff there was wonderful, too. Hotel lounge was nice and Craig, the bartender, is worth a visit! Pool was a little disappointing as it was 4ft 6in all over and with a kiddo that isn't the strongest swimmer we could not utilize it as we wanted. But, for adequate to good swimmers, it will work well. Plus, it is one of only about 5 hotels in the wide area with a pool at all so if swimming is on your list, this one is it! Sleeping was incredible because it was not noisy at all and they have really nice blackout curtains that let you sleep in easily! Only challenge was getting over to NY for leisure activities as one Uber driver refused to go into NY, but that was only one out of 6 we used. There is also a multi-hotel shuttle available, but we did not use it so cannot comment. If you drive in, there is a nice parking garage so your car is safe and off of the street during your time at the hotel. …
