W enjoyed the indoor pool. Checking in was great and great directions to and from the hotel by front desk. Hotel staff was helpful and very great, we . Definitely recommend! Will be back! My children loved the room.

I chose this hotel as a halfway point in our travels to MA. King room through Booking.com only $102 plus tax. Hotel attached to a Hilton with shared amenities, including Ruths Chris Steak House. Super clean and comfortable!

I stayed at this property a few years ago. This trip shows that the rooms are in need of upgrading and repairs. Bathroom mirror had glass edge that was broken and with sharp edges. Bathroom wall had textured wallpaper that wasn’t clean. I took a wet tissue to clean the area near the light switch. Dirt was possibly soda or coffee-was light brown. Furniture could be replaced. Room seemed rather stark and basic. It was ok to do a quick overnight, but wouldn’t want to stay there for multiple days.

We were staying at this hotel with a group. I was lucky enough to get a room on the top floor as these rooms are the only ones with microwaves and refrigerators in them. Strange as I thought that was a Hampton inn staple. I opted to check in via the app so I was sure to get a room on the top floor. We arrived at 3pm and the room was not ready. They said I could have a different room so I decided to take it. We had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for someone to double check the room to make sure it was ready. The room had 2 queen beds and appeared to be clean. I found the bed and pillows comfortable. There were only 3 towels in the room so I called down for more and I was told they would be sent up. We returned to the room after 11pm and no towels. I called down to the desk to see where the towels were and I was told if I wanted them I would have to come to the desk to get them. Not really good customer service seeing I had asked for them 6 hour earlier. The elevators in this hotel were super slow. At one point during our stay they got stuck with people in them and the fire department needed to be called to get the guests out. When the fire department was there they asked the front desk if they should fix the second elevator. The staff had no clue that was not working. The fire department did fix them both after that. This hotel is connected to the Hilton next door. We were told we could use the gym and pool over at the Hilton. There are not Ice machines on every floor. We ended up going over to the Hilton next door for Ice. It was a strange setup for sure at this Hampton Inn. I have mixed feelings if I would return or not. The hotel is in the middle of a business complex. Many businesses are still working remotely due to covid so it was not busy at all and it was quiet.
