I had my daughter’s bridal shower here on October 9. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with everything from start to finish. The staff were kind and attentive, the room looked amazing, and the food was delicious. Everyone loved everything about it. There is not one thing about which we can complain. I am looking forward to having another event here when the occasion arises
This hotel is not friendly or professional. I have never been treated so badly before in my life. Do not stay here. They do not care about you. Do not be fooled by the pretty exterior. It is horribly run. Try Ocean Place in Long Branch. They treat you like gold. Or if you don't want the resort feel, try the Hilton in Eatontown or Marriot. Good reliable service there. I have stayed at many hotels in the area, and this one and the Oyster Point are some of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Beware.
I've tayed here in the past, I'm always assured they will treat you right. The rooms are above average, spacious and very comfortable and it offers all the necessary amenities. This is a vintage hotel it's been around since the 1823, I believe, which gives it a special charm. So if you're looking for a unique place to stay, something other than your typical "modern" place The Molly Pitcher is the place to be!
Attended a meeting. Nice conference space and well lit. Food was very good, but small portions. Guest rooms need to redone. Teeny tiny and overlooked a very unsatisfactory view. Few wait staff and no bellman. Cannot get help and it shows. Pandemic results and not up to par where they were once operating.
Stayed here one night after a day at the beach, this is a beautiful historic hotel, lots of parties going on here! Unfortunately my husband booked our room on Expedia and when I called to check on our reservation they told us, they had it for one room, with one queen bed. When I told them it was for 3 people not two and we needed 2 queen beds the woman on the phone was not very nice, and said there was nothing they could do and we had to go through Expedia but the hotel was sold out...so..wasn't what she said but how she said it, also told me, we can't put a rollaway bed in there because it's a fire hazard. She assured me we wouldn't be turned away. Ok so we got to the hotel the room was very tiny but pretty, and we brought our own air mattress for our daughter. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool and beautiful bar and dining room. Was very happy when we checked in we had a man at the front desk and not the woman who wasn't very nice or accommodating. Would stay here again, not book through Expedia, and get a larger room!…
