This was the sketchiest hotel i have ever stayed at. The walls were stained with water marks, the bed sheets and carpets were stained, the toilet had mold, the room smelled, the ceilings throughout the entire hotel were water stained. The lobby smelled. The door to the bedroom was so broken down we could barely get it open, using our shoulders to get the door to open. There were holes in the wall. Customer service wasn't great, we were checked in but not given any other information just the room number. We ended up staying a total of 10 minutes before checking out and going elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. so gross.
I booked this room for my husband with the intention of a one night stand. He texted "The room smelled of corn chips, no AC running on a 98 degree day and holes in the curtains". Breakfast consisted of a fruit cup, granola bar, apple juice and no coffee. I understand that the hotels are still ramping up post pandemic, but geez. For one night, yes, the room was tolerable, but if anyone is planning a stay longer than 12 hours, I wouldn't recommend this place.
dirty carpet, bed sheets not replaced - not clean, weed smoking smell, in all rooms, no breakfast, room carpets are not clean - don't like to have a barefoot on floor. This was late night check-in. So ignored lots of deficiencies.
We normally stay at the Hilton Garden Inn when visiting family in the area but unfortunately they were booked and my lesson has been learned to book early. My family checked in after 10pm and if we had any other options of where to stay we would have immediately left because the property was absolutely disgusting. The room has dirt and what looked like blood stains on the walls and truly left us traumatized. We booked under the military rate, I showed military ID and immediately upon arriving in to the room were called by the front desk demanding to know why we had a service dog with us and for documentation proving he was a service dog. I informed the rude staff member that we were not required under ADA guidelines to show any documentation. The staff then proceeded to tell me he would be calling the cops and had done so the night before on people who had a service dog and refused to show documentation. I informed him we stay in hotels regularly with my husband’s dog and have never been required to show anything as he is clearly labeled and EXTREMELY well trained ( 2 years and 25k worth of training specific for combat veterans). The staff continued to say he was calling the cops to which I said I would be more than happy to talk with the police and show them any requested documentation. At this point my husband was becoming more stressed about waking out already passed out children up with police presence so he went under protest to show the staff his service dog’s photo ID identification to which they also insisted on taking a photo copy. I will be putting in a formal ADA complaint against this location.…
This hotel is well located: restaurants, mall, highway. But that being said the hotel shows sign of lack of up keep. Exterior, parking area but for the price it was fine. Would stay here for the price.
