I was lucky enough that my workplace provided us with a hotel accommodation during the pandemic to stay safe from our family. Everything in this hotel is nice and clean when you first get there. You can tell that all the hallways and every public areas are cleaned at multiple times a day. Housekeeping needed to pay attention to guests like myself who stay there for weeks and maybe keep up with the room cleanliness during the few times I asked for cleaning. Overall, my stay was great and I got to rest well every after shift from the hospital.

I had a block of rooms at this hotel for my wedding this past weekend. We had to move our wedding a few times due to COVID and Ana was amazing to work with and very accommodating. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff was so friendly! The hotel lobby and the rooms themselves were very clean. You can tell they put a lot of time into making sure their cleaning was up to COVID requirements. Each room had a tape over the door indicating that it had been sufficiently cleaned, and the remotes were in plastic bags from being disinfected. Ana also made sure that our shuttles were on time to bring everyone to and from our wedding. We are so glad we chose this hotel for our room block!

I can’t say enough about this hotel. If you are looking for a venue for family or booking for many people this is the place to stay. From the minute we walked in the front door we were greeted with smiling faces and assistance whenever needed. They took much stress off of me and my mother while booking this venue for the family to stay at for the wedding. Even with short staff for cleaning the rooms everything was done in a timely manner and we were treated with much kindness and offered if we needed anything further. I highly recommend. Also shuttle service was on time and got us back-and-forth from the venue to the hotel.

I really enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, allowing me to check-in 3 hours early and move my room away from a disruptive guest. The room was so clean and fresh when entering. I really enjoyed my stay here.

My son's hockey team was playing in the Atlantic District Independent Playdown on 2/29. We needed to win to play the next day, so we didn't know if we would need a room until after the game. It was super-easy to book a room through the Hilton app.
The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The breakfast was really good - especially as it was included as a Gold member (otherwise $12.95/pp).
The only criticism I would have was that the pillows were too soft and do not hold the shape. But I just took one off of my son's bed and made due.

We booked this hotel 10 months in advance for my daughters wedding. After multiple phone calls and documented emails the shuttle transportation promised never showed up. My husband and I wasted 35 minutes during our daughters reception trying to resolve the issue. This is time we will never get back. Additionally, when checking into the hotel with my 92 year old mother the two adjoining rooms promised were unavailable. Both my husband and I, not the hotel, had to find another guest who had two rooms next to each other to make the switch. The end result was we missed the majority of the after party. No one should have to endure this during such a special event. The incompetence was inexcusable. I am posting this with the hope that you really consider the impact this will have on what should be your perfect day and you will therefore make a different choice.

This hotel is a nightmare. I got married here in Aug of 2021, went back and forth with the sales department for an entire month (36 total emails!) about scheduling proper transportation, and they still managed to mess it up. We were stranded at the venue after our wedding. To top it off, they refuse to refund me the money I paid for transportation until I come into the hotel and watch security footage with them to make sure the shuttles didn’t actually come… truly unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at ALL costs.

Hotel is well decorated and modern. However room slightly dated but still reasonable. Bedding is typical of Hilton, comfortable. Buffet style breakfast is $15 pp and the gentleman who helps serve breakfast is so friendly. He lets me eat breakfast twice because I had to leave early the first time to take care of some business. Hotel front desk man on the other hand refused a late check out citing full house. Small gym and pool. There is a whirlpool as well. Overall nice stay and would recommend.

I travel a lot for business and this location is by far the best. Monica the bar tender has the smoothest drinks. The business professionals and families are a diverse mix of guests; all respectfully greeting each other with "hellos" and "where are you froms?" The snack bar is always fully stocked and the food while not fine dining is definitely the best hotel food I've ever consumed. I would give 5 stars but the pool/hot tub hours are HORRIBLE. This is the only Hilton Garden Inn location that closes at 8pm. The hot tub is more of a bath and the staff refuses to turn it up. Overall, they get close but completely miss the mark by not allowing reasonable access to all their amenities.

It looks as if you are asking how far away we are from New York City? We are approx. 24 miles and it take between 30mins to 1 hour to get to the city depending on traffic.

We do have a bus line that runs into Manhattan on weekdays. It picks up about a half mile from the hotel and runs to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. If you have a car though it's much more convenient to drive and park at one of the train stations in our area and take the NJ Transit Train in to Penn Station. Give us a ring if you need further assistance.
Thank you for your question. Bed bug protectors are predominantly used in the hotel industry after an issue with bed bugs has already occurred and as a measure to ensure no further issues with that individual mattress and box spring set. Bed bug covers have not been found to protect against them, as a truly thorough inspection and prevention program, is the best defense. As is the case in a majority of hotels nationwide, we have had no instances of bed bugs since we opened a year ago. Feel free to reach out to me should you have any further questions or concerns.
