Traveling as part of a group. As in the title this Lodge is set in a stunning position with individual rooms set out overlooking the valley below. Each room was completely private with terrace. The main part of the lodge houses the bar and restaurant. Our first evening meal was excellent but the following evenings buffet good but not quite...

The staff accommodation and food were all excellent. The ethos behind Kuzuko lodge was impressive and the setting stunning. But the highlight was the enthusiasm and commitment of Luke who led our game drives. He ensured that we had really exhilarating encounters with three of the big five, plus a variety of other fascinating wildlife!

Addo Elephant reserve covers a huge area and since we only had vague directions from their website it took us a long time to get there , the last 30 miles over rough gravel tracks ... we were worried about the hire car but it was okay although very slow going . Consequently we missed that afternoons game drive ,...

We arrived on a coach after a very long drive, 8 hours ! but worth every second just to see the stunning vista from the lodge. The staff could not have been more helpful unloading everyone's bags & delivering them to the beautiful bungalows whilst we had welcome drinks & snacks. The evening game drive was brilliant, ending up with...

Even though personally I prefer the traditional game lodges, this brick built lodge compensates by the amazing views of a stunning endless nature and a "end of the world" feeling. Service is perfect, decoration beautiful both of common spaces and rooms, and the games were incredible. Beautiful views, elephants, lions, kudus, zebras, Buffaloes in abundance. Our ranger Jonathan was great!...

Yes the lodge is 40kms off the main road but hey its a game lodge so off the beaten track as clearly shown on maps. From when we arrived the staff were brilliant attentive polite and friendly the service food accommodation and setting were faultless. Although in the middle of a game reserve you want for nothing everything is provided...

Travelled from Port Elizabeth to here Nobody tells you that it is 46kms from main road on "dirt roads" which took over an hour ! Fortunately it was dry, but if wet could be a nightmare ! When you arrive & parked up, you & your luggage are taken into the game area by ranger to the actual lodge, about...
