It is a good place. I recommend it to travelers that come to Tzaneen. It is a good stopover on your way to Tzaneen. The golf course is great for those who like the sport. Still feel though there is need to improve the parking area

Rooms in the "village" are very nice indeed. Chalets at the hotel itself are not quite as plush. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Food in the restaurant is fine but not award-winning. A very pleasant environment on a par-3 golf course. Even heard a lion roar in the middle of the night.

Dear Guest Thank you for your response, it is highly appreciated. You were right, the roar was of lions which are kept on a neighbouring Game Lodge ! Regards M.THomas

good We stayed in this fairviewhotel accommodation for two1 night and found it good value. Note that we stayed in the rooms (2 persons) at the front of the motel and so cannot comment on the larger accommodation in the back. The accommodation had a good bathroom without any flaws we could spot. Everything was very clean and the surroundings...

This establishment is well-geared to deal with up to 200 delegates and do look after their guests. The accommodation is good, although a tighter hand on housekeeping and maintenance will not do any harm. The setting is pretty and relaxing, with ample space to interact and network. Location is marked down due to the incessant screeching from the lumber mill...

Hotel and Restaurant was pleasant, however accommodation was appalling, rooms smelt moldy and stale, beds were rumpled as though they had been laid on. Showers in both rooms were ice cold until we complained. Telephones in both rooms did not work, television in one room didn't work. Bedroom walls clearly show rivulets where something had leaked down the walls at...

The bedding was filthy with insect "droppings" and we had to ask numerous times for it to be changed. It was changed and then we went to dinner. On our return there was new insect "droppings" all over the bed. There was no hot water and later there was no electricity. The TV never worked either in the one room....

Dear Guest We apollogise for the inconvenience that you experienced during your stay. Regarding the insect droppings, as explained to you by the Management on the day, it unfortunately comes from the Gecko's that stays in the thatch. They are totally harmless and eat little insects. We do have a pest control program though that disinfest the rooms on a monthly...
