Very nice property in centre of town with beautiful breakfast and fantastic host, James who went out of his way to provide maps for our next route. Great advice on taking route 62 on our way to Wilderness - a highlight of our journey.

We stayed here for one oh too short a night. It's a beautiful well presented and most relaxing guesthouse. Our bedroom was so comfortable and we had a lovely time by the pool. The gardens are gorgeous. We enjoyed Pats chat and super recommendations for dinner and the wine tram. I read earlier reviews but we found her not at...

Very nice guesthouse with good breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. The location is also very good, as its just a few min walk away from the center of Franschhoek. We spent two night and enjoyed room no 6.

Maison Chablis is a lovely B&B in a great location in Franschhoek. With 6 of us, we invaded in force taking up 3 of their fantastic rooms and all gave it a 5 * rating. James & Pat were both brilliant, and Simba the dog was also a delight. The breakfast was perfect, with a continental breakfast followed by a...

The owner, James, could not have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely furnished, comfortable bed, and amenities expected. The pool was welcome relief after a hot day out. The B&B is perfectly located, just off the high street, with easy access to all the bars and restaurants that Franschoek has to offer. Would we stay here again...

We stayed at Maison Chablis in November, we had last stayed there 10 years earlier under its original owner and loved the place and it's great position, central but off the noisy main road. It did not disappoint and the new owner James is charming, extremely helpful and everything a guest house owner should be and more. He went the...
