We hired Goose Cottage for 3 nights. It has 2 bedrooms which are effectively ensuite so perfect for 2 couples. Nicely appointed with real character in a superb setting in the middle of a vineyard. A short walk into the village and when you tire of eating out the self catering with a braid looking at the sun set over...

Thank you very much for the wonderful review. We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay on the farm. I agree - if you love open spaces with a view of the mountains - Goose cottage the perfect choice. We hope that you will come back soon (and that you will try out the swimming pool next time).

We were two couples sharing Owl Cottage for four nights at the end of January. The cottage was a delight - beautifully furnished and equipped with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We thoroughly recommend it. But please do something about the signage to find the cottages! We had no idea where to go.

We stayed at Milkwood Cottage. It is surrounded by vineyards with fabulous views of the mountains. The cottage is spacious and comfortable. There is a very pleasant area outside the property for eating, sitting or sunbathing. The property is exceptionally quiet and private.

Most beautiful setting with views over the mountains. A real hidden gem close to town. From booking through to departure the staff was excellent! We stayed as a family and the cottage was fabulous with everything we needed. We stayed in summer and will definately be back in winter to make use of the fireplace.

Well, third time of staying in this little Paradise that is Bo la Motte farm/vinyard. Again, we stayed at the Pump House, as we did in February, the previous year in Oak Cottage. We had a fabulous week, the Cap Classique Wine Festival on at the Huguenot Memorial during our stay. Just like Ladies Day at Ascot, but with better...

We stayed in Pear Tree Cottage on Bo La Motte Farm for half-term in October and cannot recommend it highly enough. What a find! From the moment you arrive and are welcomed by Christelle and the four friendly dogs, you feel like you are at home. Set in the most spectacular landscape of rolling vineyards, green hills, distant mountains and...

This great little find was reviewed in our Travel Section of the Sydney Morning Herald, of all things. Thought w would give it is go as we wanted to go to some of the wineries and it saved the tedious trip back to Capetown after several wineries and a long lunch. Needless to say, Oak cottage was fabulous, great lounge...

We rented the Pump and Owl Cottages for 4 nights to share as a family of 6 adults and 3 kids. The accommodation was excellent and the beds very comfortable. The cottages are very close to town and were serviced daily. We were initially concerned that there was no dishwasher nor washing machine but the cottages were serviced daily and...
