I have debated for quite some time exactly what to write and even if I should write. In the end, I decided I would have wanted to know what I know now before I had opted to stay at Froggs Leap. In the interest of balance, I offer that the amenities of this bed & breakfast are quite impressive. The...

We stayed at Froggs Leap for the first 4 nights of our holiday and found both the location of the B&B and the hospitality excellent. It was our first experience of South Africa and a great start to our holiday! We had a verandah room on the ground floor, which was really spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was...

We always feel very emotional when having to depart from Froggs. We travel a lot but this is the place where we feel most at home and most relaxed. The place itself is sublime with amazing views and stunning scenery. Perfectly positioned away from Cape Town but near enough. The rooms, beds and linens are first class. However it is...

Amazing guesthouse hosted by Joke and Steward was our first guesthouse during our first trip in South Africa. Splendid well decorated luxurious rooms, great bathroom facilities, own balcony or private part on veranda and (very important!) real great beds! So don't hesitate to book this guesthouse for visiting Capetown and its surroundings. We first doubted whether we should not go...

This was our first B&B in SA and although others were extremely good nothing surpassed Froggs Leap. The interior design is beautiful, views in the room and on the terrace glorious and the breakfasts are 4* star hotel standard not B&B. The knowledge and care shown by the owners is second to none, even checking our route for road works...

This was our second visit to Froggs Leap, and just as good as the first. Everything as we remembered even down to Joke`s super breakfast omelettes. Stewart and Joke are very attentive and helpful. They keep a very good , clean and friendly establishment. Hout bay is a good center for exploring the Cape and only a short drive to...

Steward and Joke - you guys were awesome. We really enjoyed our 9 day stay. Breakfast was just amazing and the selection was great. I remember after being introduced to our new room by Steward, turning to Cino to double check that he had the correct price. We enjoyed our chats around the breakfast table and your fervor to assist...

We travelled 3,000kl in January and February 2010 taking in the sourthern-most part of South Africa on our first visit there - stayed a month. We started with 3 days in Cape Town to do things that do not require a car such as Table Mountain, Robben Island, Kirstenbosch Gardens and the Waterfrontin and we returned there for our last...

This was our first trip to South Africa and Froggs Leap was our second port of call, being ideally situated for touring the Cape and Cape Town. The welcome and service was excellent and the owners and staff could not do enough for us. Our room [the Boat Room] was directly off the verandah where we ate breakfast and relaxed....

Froggs Leap was the first guest house we stayed in on our 10 day tour from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. It really spoilt us for the rest of our trip as it was a hard act to follow. The personal friendly service from Stewart ,Yoke and their team was exemplary. Their relaxed friendly style made us feel completely at...
