The accommodation is very cozy and calm. Although it might seem relatively far away from the Cape Town center, the airport is nearby. The owners are lovely and helpful. While the place is not exactly new, the premises are always clean, the room in a chalet was lovely, with a romantic touch, different from a contemporary apartment. The Bossa burger...

The room not presentable. Lacked some of the cutlery. Only two plates and two spoons. No milk like a 100ml longlife milk (except Cremora). We were promised a braai facility and the one we had to use the top was greasy and dirty.

Secondly, you brought to our attention the shortage of cutlery on the night of your stay which we apologised for at the time and supplied to you immediately. The accommodation was a pleasant surprise.. A large well equipped totally self contained chalet with its own little porch.. light, clean and aiiry. I appreciated the peace and quiet yet the location is pretty central. The owners are not always there but you are given a key and a remote to let yourself into the property. Very pretty harden and...

What a lovely place, centrally located within Somerset West. Jacques and Angelique are some of the best hosts I have came across during my travels. Room clean and neat. You've got a choice between studio, chalet and cottage, at a price that doesn't break the bank

Guys running this place bought it just few weeks ago. There will be a lot of work but they will for sure turn it into amazing place. Right now, the accomodation is ok but not more than that. It looks a bit dated. Hosts are amazing, you will love them and the will give you great recommendations!

We came for a conference in Stellenbosch and although we only wanted B&B we didn't even get that. There was only TV1,2,3 and ETV and only after we asked for it to bechecked. I had bugs in my bed on the last night I slept there. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I'm sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Your booking was through an agent and we did explain at the time of booking that all our units are let on a self-catering or room only basis. The agent did confirm that she had discussed this with you...

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The main bed is just extremely uncomfortable , and the fridge is way too small for a self-catering unit. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay - we as parents just felt the main bed needs serious replacement, and the fridge for self catering is extremely unforgiving. Overall, okay for the need we had...

Really nice stay - rooms clean with a personal touch. Checking in and out was painless and efficient. Everything was in good working order - even had free WiFi for those important after-hours emails one has to deal with. I will definitely use the facility again when visiting clients in the area.

I absolutely loved this place. I rooms were nice, neat and comfortable. The owners made us feel right at home. My only complaint is that I didn't have enough days to stay there and embrace Cape Town for its beauty and culture.

After searching for an overnight on a rainy afternoon and not finding anything inexpensive around the beach areas, a self catering sign caught the eye, inland at Somerset West, along a main road. Finding accommodation was available and entering reception, it was a surprise to see Kevin behind the bar, wearing his Man U top(should send a Spurs one), with...

“We booked the Cottage and both the chalets, the rooms are all large and clean, the only downfall of the cottage is that it doesnt have air conditioning and the chalets do, but this would not stop me going back to this location.”
