Great for walkers

We stayed at the Seiryu Villas for our last night in Bali and booked a private pool villa just the day before. When we arrived for our check-in we've been advised that we got the upgrade to the bigger one.
The villa was amazing, huge and literally we felt we didn't want to move from there. Amazing service from the people at the service desk and very warm and welcoming.
Even for just one night, they made us feel so comfortable, in fact we added a late check out to enjoy our stay until late on the next day as our flight back to Sydney was only after 10 pm.
I would definitely recommend this place also for the location, 5-10 min walk from Seminyak Beach, close to shopping area and 5 min drive to the iconic Eat Street.

We stayed here 3 nights in March 2020. The villa comes with a private pool, kitchen, 1 large king bed, huge living area and bath tub in shower. Very clean, spacious interior and exterior, fully air conditioned though kitchen looks a bit dated. Breakfast is provided, suffice and adequate for two. Location is strategic, about 5-10 mins walk to Seminyak beach, a Circle K mart right outside the villa and also walking distance to the hype of Seminyak bars, massage parlors and restaurants. Perfect customer service, great location, beautiful villa and definitely recommended to all.

Very beautiful and clean villa. Every corner of these villa interior exudes the richness of Japanese artistic nuance. I felt like I was staying in Japan. Very comfortable villa. Complete facilities and in the pantry all cooking utensils are available. For the bathroom, all the facilities are also complete with a rainy shower and bathtub and there is direct access from the bathroom to the swimming pool, this is very efficient. Some of the things that were a little lacking when I stayed here were inadequate local TV broadcasts but a folder with movies was provided which in my opinion was goof movie (box office). Not comfortable with the toilet which is a bit difficult when flash but still can only need more pressure.

We stayed at the villas for 10 nights and what a perfect holiday.
The villa itself is spacious well decorated and private with its own pool. Breakfast being served in the villa every morning is an extra bonus!
The staff are amazing they couldn’t do enough to help. They organised everything from a day trip to Ubud to transfers too and from the airport.
The villas are a perfect location 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute taxi to the busy nightlife areas. So just the right mix.
We would definitely stay again next time we are in Seminyak!

Beautifully designed accomodation at a convenient location in Seminyak. Friendly staff and great service.
Cleaniness of accessories and facilities (towels, showers, bathtubs) are acceptable but not sparkly clean and new, Villa showing signs of aging.

The villa far exceeded our expectations and was even nicer in person than in the pictures shown. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The villa was very clean and had excellent facilities. The bathroom had lots of toiletries available and we loved the fresh bathrobe every day. The private pool was brilliant and it was lovely to have a garden space to relax in also. The breakfast was delivered to the villa every morning and there were lots of nice options to choose from. The location is excellent, just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to Seminyak beach and lots of restaurants. We were very sad to leave the villa and would highly recommend a stay here!

Villa is amazing, so large. Huge kitchen with all the gear. Large lounge room and bedroom. Pool is awesome as well. Day bed next to pool. Bathroom opens so you can walk into pool. When we stayed the water pressure was terrible. Toilet had trouble flushing because of this pressure issue. The wooden floor boards on the beck need maintenance as they are loose. Overall the place is great though and would recommend this to others who want a large one bedroom Villa with plenty of space and a large pool. Pool is long but not very deep about 1.2m I think. Close to plenty of shops but down a street away from the busy traffic and noise. Breakfast is a bit of a let down if ordering the American style. But few places close that offer a cheap breaky that I decided to use.

The villa is amazing, large comfy bed and clean interior, includes a large jacuzzi bath as well! The pool is fantastic and well kept, and the location is extremely accessible, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast is also delicious, brought to the room every morning, with a lot of variety. The bathroom could do with a bit of renovation but overall I would definitely stay here again!

I love my stay in Seiryu. I first visited this villa on April 2021, and then comeback on Oct 2021. This place is perfect for longstay as it has nice kitchen and dining area. The bed and living room is spacious and the whole villa is clean. Despite the location is very strategic the atmosphere in the villa is very serene.This place is only 5 mts walk from Seminyak beach. There are minimarts and laundry nearby. Love this place.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay here, such a relief from the busy streets it was so quiet. We stayed in a one bedroom deluxe villa with private pool for 6 nights, which was very clean and service impeccable. We didn't want to leave. We were picked up at the airport by our lovely driver. The breakfast was amazing and cooked to order, with a lovely call in the morning to say it was arriving. Very convenient location and the staff always had a friendly smile and always there to help. The bed and facilities were also lovely, we definitely felt as though we left feeling relaxed. Thank you so much again for the amazing service and hopefully will see you again.
