We stayed here with our adult daughters and their partners and one two year old toddler. The 3 separate hotel style rooms with their own amenities was a bonus and made sharing a villa together so much easier, especially with a toddler- the separate pavilion was perfect for a family and the villa staff were very helpful in providing a cot for the little one. The stairs up to the master bedroom may seem tricky at first but we had no issues with them. The huge private pool looked amazing and we were in and out of it constantly. It was kept very clean by the villa staff who also provided a giant blow up unicorn and other pool toys, floaties and pool noodles for us to use. There is no doubt that these villas need some updating and maintenance, especially the decking area along the side of the pool but we could see this was underway whilst we were there as the villa next door was having a facelift. The complimentary breakfast prepared every morning and delivered to our room was more than adequate and the menu that you could order lunch and light snacks from was very reasonably priced and the food delicious. We ordered the bbq cooked for our group of 6 adults one night and there was a wide variety of food including prawns, fish, chicken, beef , salads and vegetables, all cooked expertly by a team of 3. Overall a really lovely family experience- one suggestion would be to provide pool/beach towels and change each day along with the bath towels. The villa is also very well located with Petingat Beach, Seminyak Square, motel mexicola and ku de ta all within easy walking distance.

Origin Seminyak is the worst villa I have ever stayed in Bali. During my 4D3N trip, I was made to move villas three times. Upon check-in, we were assigned to Villa 1 and encountered several problems: The pool was cloudy despite being told that the water would clear up in two hours, but it did not improve even after an overnight observation. We could not feel the air conditioning in the room, so we had to use a portable fan to get through the night. The shower water pressure was extremely poor, and the tap water provided in the room was unsuitable for showering or brushing teeth. The staff informed us that this was due to the close proximity to Seminyak beach, and the resort's tap water was a mixture of sea water and unfiltered water (we had stayed at other resorts near Seminyak beach without encountering similar issues). On Day 3, we returned to Villa 5 at 8:30 pm only to find out that there was no water in the whole villa. The staff informed us that it would take two hours for the engineering team to arrive at the resort to check on the problem and that they could not promise that the issue would be resolved by that night. We were offered to move to Villa 3, where we were provided with a room to stay for the night before checking out. Although the Origin staff was kind enough to tidy up the room for us to have a restful night's sleep, we soon realized that the "clean" towel provided was stained (not properly washed) and the room was not thoroughly cleaned before being offered to us. Overall, Origin is an overpriced resort. Although the breakfast menu varies every day, the menu is limited, and every villa we stayed in was swamped with mosquitoes. The pool was also too deep (approximately 2.5 meters) and the water was too cold (similar to a cold bath pool), making it unsuitable for toddlers or kids to swim in. I would not recommend anyone to book Origin if you are a family with young kids or a couple looking for a nice resort to enjoy a restful holiday. Additionally, please note that Origin does not provide 24/7 security or reception, which can be detrimental in case of an emergency.

If you're going to stay in Smynyak, I would recommend this hotel. I had a lot of great experiences during the four nights. It was so comfortable when I stayed here, and the staff helped me a lot. All the staff were kind, but especially the Rama and Intan were incredibly friendly and very willing to help me a lot. Also, the design of this hotel was really cool and spacious, so just sitting down and relaxing was a healing experience. I had a great time with my child in a private pool. The pool was rather deep, but the hotel rented free life jackets and arm tubes for my child so my son could have played safely. And the location was also really nice. It was really close to the shopping mall(SminyakVillage), so we could go out for a drink, shopping, and food and the beach was also close, so it was great to go see the sunset. Breakfast is served by hand when you choose the menu day before, and the food was very neat and delicious. I recommend you try breakfast. Overall, it was a very satisfying holiday and I will definitely come back next time.

The Origin Seminyak is HIGHLY recommended. We have travelled a lot and stayed at many resorts and air bnbs but this definitely ranks very high! The 2 bedroom Villa with pool was very spacious for our family of 5. Very comfortable beds. Even with an added extra bed the room did not feel small. The Balinese interior design is stunning and perfect for taking lots of instagram photos (as my daughters would say) and feels like a luxury oasis retreat. Our kids loved the pool, perfect for cooling down.
The location is perfect- close to beach, Seminyak Square Mall and restaurants.
The service from the friendly staff and hospitality is exceptional, catering to your needs and ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. There is a WhatsApp number you can message or call at any time and they are sure to answer very quickly and fix any issues you may have. The Villa is kept spotless and they come to the Villa to set up the mosquito repellent incense and spray.
We had breakfast included which is served in the Villa (recommend the overnight oats and Nasi Goreng).
They provide a handy filtered water dispenser which saved countless plastic bottles of water (we even use it to brush out teeth as we were extra careful).

What a great stay myself and my 2 children had at Origin Villa. We booked a one bedroom Villa and it was magnificent. Exactly how it looks in the photos. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and you could not find a better location in Seminyak. It is only a 2 minute walk to Seminyak square for your shopping, also across the road from the center is a very popular restaurant like Sisterfields and Revolver are also no more than 5 minutes walk. The Villa staff are such Beautiful people. From the moment you walk in and check into your room you feel so welcome. Breakfast was ordered the night before from a menu they supply and you pick at time that suits yourself to get up. The staff come in and set the table with breakfast and then come back when you request and clean up the Villa daily and make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable. I would like to give a very special mention to Rama & Ratih the Guest Service Agent Team who made our stay such an enjoyable one. Anything we needed they were there to help. The villa was absolutely beautiful, very clean and relaxing. We spent most of our time in the pool and on the pool chairs, but it was lovely to go upstairs to the bedroom in the aircon. The staff were amazing, very helpful, sweet and accommodating. They brought us breakfast each morning, made our room up, brought us floaties for the pool, and mosquito proofed the villa each evening.
We will definitely be back, so lovely.

Three couples enjoyed a weeks escape from the Aussie winter at Origin. The 3 bedroom villas provided space and closeness with a shared dining entertainment area. Great breakfast each morning to start the day that can be varied to your own requirements. The villas were cleaned meticulously each day with big smiles from the workers without getting under your feet! Admin were alway there to assist and helped us find a supply of Tonic Water to allow us to enjoy a few G&T’s during our stay. The location provided a quiet environment half way between the Seminyak square and the beach ensuring easy access to both. Very hard to find any major negatives!

We stayed at Origin Vilas Seminyak for 4 nights and, unfortunately, we cannot recommend it. Our experience is that this place is way too expensive for what it offers, particularly on the service aspect which is quite important to us when we are on holidays. We would not recommend it to Australian tourists.
The good: great location, large and spacious village with nice outdoor area that includes a nice swimming pool too, very close to the main street shops and restaurants.
The bad:
1) After 2 nights the aircon system stopped working which is a problem in such a humid weather, to the point that it was difficult to sleep at nights. We reported this immediately, but no solution was offered. We were not offered to move to another villa and the problem was not rectified. Hence, the following 3 days and 2 nights we did not have a pleasant stay. When we were checking out we reported this again, hoping to get the corresponding compensation (a discount or refund for the two very uncomfortable nights), but their reply was “the technician is here now I could mention this again to the manager” which is quite a poor reply and service attitude. What’s worse, nobody has contacted us since them to offer a refund and the corresponding apology.
2) There was no water pressure upstairs, including the sink and shower which were almost unusable.
3) The little water flow that would come out of the vanitory tap would not drain as if the pipes were blocked which was not very hygienic.
4) The breakfast menu attempts to be sophisticated but it ends up being limited and poorly prepared. The classic options are missing, such us orange juice or a simple toast with butter or a croissant. If you want orange juice, you could grab it form the mini bar at a cost which is not up to any breakfast standards. We did not perceive the breakfast to be fresh or warm enough. Another annoying aspect is that given the limited menu options you need to choose the breakfast one day in advance. If you want stuff such as butter, you need to ask for it as it not included by default with the bread/pastry and you will be supplied it. It feels like too much work for a holiday.
All in all we feel this affected our holiday experience materially and we did not feel that it was worth the money, at least in comparison with other villas we have stayed at in Bali.

I would like to inform to you that our villa is located in the center of seminyak which is there are a lot of shopping mall,restaurant and coffee shop and close by to the beach about 200 m walk from the villa to the beach.For the location is safe and so far our guest never been has a problem even they get back late in the night.
We have 2 option for the entrance:
1.You can come by Jalan Kayu Aya opposite of the legian beach hotel and after the mini mart there is a gang we callled gang pandu and just go straight in and you will find Origin Seminyak Villa.
2.You can come by braban street and from seminyak village you must to enter by their parking but you must to follow the road straight to the back and you will find our villa after villa kalimaya.
