My girlfriend and I have been here for about 1 week while we were diving in Tulamben...

Was the perfect Place to relax and chill out after a whole Day of diving! Really clean and had everything you needed... Hot shower, outdoor swimming Pool, towels for outside and inside, television, mini bar, very nice bathroom with toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel..., and keep on going!

It was a 5min drive from here to the famous dive spots in Tulamben so rll great location!

Very friendly staff and every Day they cleaned the room...

The price for the room is rll good as for the same price you get much less in Tulamben... Breakfast is quite expensive so we only did It once and after we always had Breakfast at our dive club...

Would recommend everyone this place if you want a bit more luxury for a good price...

Cheers

Helene & Ben

Firstly, checked in process..no front desk clerk in the lobby. And I decided to call the reservation and said that we are waiting until 20 minutes for check in process, after that one of the staff come to lobby. They apologized and told me that they still handling guest in the villa. Because they're a small property, I understood with that situations. We loved the welcome drink !!! Lemon grass with lemon juice was very fresh and energizing.

The Akasa villa sign is to small, little bit difficult to find this villa even in the afternoon.

We stayed for 2 nights. Room was spacious, comfortable bed with bed decor (very surprising as we are honeymooner), clean bathroom, very nice pool with beanbags and vintage style with blue wall. We loved our room ! I suggest to choose deluxe with pool view.

Breakfast choices only selection of eggs, pancakes, fried noodles or fried rice. You can choose where would you like to have your breakfast (in the restaurant or near the pool), I choose near the pool. They don't have room service and restaurant to serve lunch or dinner however you can find some local restaurant around the villa but little bit far.

The problem only on TV, need 3 times to fixed it. But, the staff is very helpful (specially for mrs. iluh). She always taking care of us.

We will recommend this villa to all of our friends. Thank you Akasa villa ! You make our holiday so memorable.

If you are considering staying at Akasa Villas, do it !

I would classify myself as a hotel snob with high expectations when on vacation. After doing much research about various villas in Tulamben, I had high expectations of this place.

The quality and comfort of the Akasa Villa exceeded our expectations. The service is beyond excellent. Nothing is too much to ask or out of the question. A tour of the villa upon check in is a nice touch. Speaking of the decor the design and look are GORGEOUS! Beautiful fabrics, decorative accents, and furniture. The details are delicious and kept me entertained! It was really nice for us, as it rained several afternoons, and we could still sit with our feet up outside and enjoy the natural beauty while protected from the weather. It is lovely when the sun shines as well! Overall, the experience is heavenly.

I would highly recommend the villas to anyone and would love to go and stay again!!

I spent a night at this beautiful villa hotel. The first thing that strikes as you walk in is the beautiful and smart utilization of space. It is a new property and it shows. Everything is clean and quite beautifully designed. The property is as beautiful as the photos provided by the management :). The rooms are adequately sized and are modern and classy. There are some nice touches - bath robes, pool towels, emergency lamp, toiletries, safe, water, mini-bar, DVD player with speakers etc - all placed in the room. Good value for money (I got a good last minute deal online on a booking platform). The staff do not speak good English, but are very sweet and helpful. The access to the beach is quite straight forward and is a very nice and private (a lot of boats are docked here though). There is a small shop to the right of the property where you can get supplies including medicines, coke & other drinks, water, chips & other snacks, toiletries, personal items etc.

I really enjoyed my stay at Akasa and would definitely consider staying here when I am back in the area.

Some of the things to note and consider.

## The property is located at least 2KM away from the main centre, so it can be a bit tedious to get to the restaurants and main area.

## All the rooms have a pool view. Rooms 803 and 804 are the closest to the pool - so if you want some privacy please mention that when you book a room.

## The bathroom and shower in our room could certainly use a service. We had some issues with it.

## We did not eat at the restaurant, so no comments on that. We had all our meals, including our breakfast, at Warung Rusti ( https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g469406-d6914842-Reviews-Warung_Rusti-Tulamben_Bali.html ), since they also had some good vegetarian options on the menu.

I stayed a few nights here while I was diving in tulumben. The villa itself is impeccable. It has probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in. One where you didn’t want to get out of it. The bath Room was a wetroom kind of bathroom so the entire floor got wet, but that’s not a big deal. One plus about the shower is that it is super hot. After traveling around Bali you realise how hard it is to find a decent hot shower with good pressure, this room has it. The pool was lovely and quiet. Perfect for relaxing. They even have bean bags that float. You can ask for your breakfast in the pool if you want but trust me. It’s much easier to just eat in the the restaurant, all you will end up doing is taking pictures of it floating in the pool. Then realise your can’t really eat in the pool :).

One or two small negative things I must say about this hotel is the location. Like
Other reviews have said. You are very isolated. The only place to eat is the resort opposite. Which has decent prices. The other small negative is the WiFi. In. My room I was on the edge of signal. It’s frustrating to have it either. It work or keep losing signal.

Overall this is a lovely place to stay

Cozy hotel with only 6-7 rooms - clean and well designed. The teal colour on some walls blend well with the well-proportioned pool, an absolute treat for divers returning from a long day out in the sea.

Getting to town centre may be a problem but then Tulamben is basically a one-street town and there is no public transport unless you wait for a bus or hire a bike before hand. However, there is good food available is a scuba resort opposite and breakfast provided is sufficient.

The staff are attentive and as per the culture in Bali, very courteous.

Booked the villa direct to their reservation and the purpose to stay is to spend our new year there.
Me and my husband are really excited to come!
We are asking our room to be set up honeymoon.
It takes around more or less 4 hours ride from Denpasar.
When we are arrived, there's an old guy as a Reception. We are not sure if he was the real reception (we thought he might be the security guy). He didn't explain anything to us, literally didn't say anything. He just asked our ID to be copied. He escort us to our villa and again, he didn't explain anything. We have to find out everything by ourselves. The room was nice, the design and blue color all over the wall. But on some part, we found that the AC was leaking. There's no coffee and tea facilities as what the have mentioned on our voucher. The bathroom is not complete since when we are arrived, the trash bin is full with tissue which we didn't touch anything yet. There's a hairband left between the shampoo and shower gel (we have no idea who owned that strange thing). Our welcome drink come after 45 minutes, it carried by the reception (the pregnant woman) who is really nice and we bet she is the real reception. She do apologized about her delay to bring the welcome drink. She explained about the breakfast that should be ordered 1 day before. On the day of our check out, she cooked the breakfast. The breakfast was tasty, thank you :)

One thing is, this villa didn't offer you any room service. We have to go like almost 15 minutes to find JFC (some kind of fried chicken).
The pool was nice, it's cleaned and well maintained.

Nice little villa with small pool in Tulamben, Bali. Rooms where very clean and nice. 15min to Amed with motorbike and about 10mins to Tulamben. Good location for scuba divers. Sometimes little bit noisy in night time because dogs bark on main road and in early morning roosters start crowling at neighbor´s house.
