Could not recommend this place any more highly. Made and her lovely staff were so welcoming and friendly. The food was to die for and nothing too much trouble. The room was amazing and private with beautiful fresh flowers everyday. The location and proximity to snorkeling and diving was just perfect. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a stay, we will definitely be back.

We stayed as a couple for two nights to enjoy some diving, and from airport pick-up to drop off in Bali, our experience was seamless. Reservation was easy, our driver was waiting ahead of time for us; we had a lovely special surprise for us in our villa for our anniversary which was a beautiful touch. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained, the fresh flowers everywhere were a lovely touch, and the food/drinks were well prepared and well priced. We had easy access to the recommended dive centre. We had no qualms with the cool water in the bath tub -the outdoor bathroom was incredible! So very happy with our choice to stay here. Thank you to the whole Toyabali team for such a lovely stay.

If you are looking for an absolutely relaxing stay, pampered with freshly prepared meals, an attentive staff, immaculate grounds, ocean vistas at all around, and magical snorkeling and diving steps from the beach in front of you this is the place. Yes, the road in is a little confusing, but once you arrive you are in an enchanted landscape. The cabins are gorgeous. Ibu Made and her team take care of everything. I will definitely come back again.

Toyabali is a very nice small resort. Private bungalows a very short walk through the lush garden from the main house. Very beautiful pool. It is a short walk across some rocks to get to the main dive site if you go via the shore. Long walk if you go up to the road and then back down. Short walk to the aqua dive shop. The resort can do airport transfers for a good rate as it is a long way from the airport. This is not a big all inclusive kid madness resort. It is a quiet nice, clean friendly small bungalow type resort. Quiet and relaxing with a short walk to excellent dive sites. I would stay again.

The property and facilities are really great. The bungalows are very well appointed, the outdoor bath/toilet is really super. Gardens are also very lovely and well tended. Ibu Made will take care of any needs you might have. The only critique is that the food in the restaurant is not very exciting. It's the same dishes that everyone else does. Well prepared, but not why you come here.

We planned to stay here for the last 5 days of our Bali trip, but we left after 2 nights. It is a beautiful place with a very friendly staff, but there are some things to consider before you go here; * it is very secluded, besides the ocean and diving schools there is literally nothing there. * the villa's are nice, but don't expect real hot water. * the whirlpool is also filled with cold water. * the food is at best some sort of home cooking. Not bad and the price is accordingly, but nothing special. * aging of the pool equipment and garden statues is quite visible. But all in all we still review this resort as very good, because the staff is really going the extra mile for the guests and if you are a diver or you just prefer peaceful surroundings this is a good place to be. …

We stayed here for 7 nights from 18-25 July 2019. The resort has only 5 bungalows and is at beach front. The swimming pool is an infinity pool where you can relax with sufficient deck-chairs for all resort guests. We got the bungalow “Tiffany” which is the nearest one to the pool and comes view a partial sea view. The bungalow comes with an open air shower and a spa jacuzzi tub. The resort own restaurant opens from 7 AM until 9 PM. Breakfast serves from 7-11 AM and is free for all resort guests. Beside breakfast, they also serve kind of Indonesian food and Western food for lunch and dinner. The manager Ibud Madu is a lovely person, who organize and manage the operation. You can also ask her to arrange for a day trip and she would accompany you and being your tour guide. We had a fantastic day tour with her. We have enjoyed our stay there a lot and would come back to Toyabali, when we are the next time in Tulamben again. …

If you are in Tulamben, Toyabali Resort is the place for you. The view from the deck is surreal, and the food and hospitality is amazing. Miss Ibu ensured our stay was memorable. Customize food options to taking care of our transportation and sightseeing tips, no doubt we will visit this place again. And if you are planning a dive, best dive place is few steps away from this resort.

very tranquil resort, comfort room, spacious bathroom, good food - breakfast came with fruit platter and toasted bread, really amazing view - mountain on the back, sunrise sea from the restaurant, the infinity pool style. really good place for relaxing and couple of days getaway. they provided massage service, flippers for snorkeling. too bad wifi didn’t reach my room, and sometimes full length mirror is necessary

Toyabali is an amazing place to stay. We had 4 wonderful days at the hotel. The infinity pool was perfect. With a max of 5 couples made the place feel special. My husband dived for 3 days which was organised by the lady who runs the hotel when we arrived. Nothing was to much for the staff, everything we asked for was provided with a smile. The food was good, we ate most of our meal at the hotel and so reasonably priced. The bungalow the lovely with a fantastic outside shower, we also had our own jacuzzi. The room was clean with a mini bar and fridge and also a safe. Hope to return one day.
