We’ve spend our New Year’s eve here with my family. The hotel is just new thats why everything looks good. Checked in was fast and smooth. They have a wheelchair available for people who has health issues. Our room is spacious as well as the bathroom. Everything is clean and tidy. The only issues we have here were, first, the water on the pool is so cold. We cant barely swim there for several minutes. Hope they will fix this issue as i notice that nobody enjoys swimming there. Second, the buffet breakfast is so basic and has limited choices. Lack of presentation and it takes a while for them to refill it. And the last one is the location. It’s situated a little bit far from everything like SM Mall and convenient stores. Btw the gym is so small, seems they dont give it a second thought how it looks like. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay but i hope they will take a look and consider to solve on some of our issues.

The property is good in terms of the amount we paid , no complains about that . The location is a little inside but still walkable upto SM for a stroll. Breakfast needs some improvement but again in terms of the cost it was okay. The roofdeck view was nice . The room was clean and spacious for a family . lts easy to book a grab from this place

After 4 months of lockdown/staying at home, found Capitol Hill Hotel to be one of a very few hotels with rooms, pool & eating establishment operational for Metro Manila leisure guests. PROS: 1. Newish hotel with clean, modern design. 2. Room is well planned. King bed is the real size with cushy beddings with four comfortable pillows. 3. Smart TV had netflix! 4. Adequately sizes roofdeck pool had warm water despite the gloomy weather! Very relaxing. Pool side restaurant servers were warm & accommodating. 5. Reception staff were also warm & ready to serve with all my questions about possible travel restrictions, hygiene concerns, restaurant recommendations etc. Kudos to Yen, Andy, Cheska & Claudia. Thanks for the room set-up to mark our special occasion. 6. Secured and adequate parking slots.
COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. No slippers,bathrobes & small towels in room. 2. "Do not disturb" switch beside the bed did not function.Had to relay this to the front desk. 3. A possible security issue is that all elevator riders can stop at any floor.
In conclusion,will lobby for Capitol Hill Hotel!

We just have a little stayed at Capitol Hill Hotel and we had an interesting experience. First, I will love to say that all the staff is amazing, ladies of front desk and all the waiters and waitresses from the roof top, specially, Carlos, the best. One day we stayed at the roof top for lunch and we found an insect in the greek salad, we told to the lady in charge and she told to the chef but nobody ask to us to change the salad or remove from the bill, like European style. The beers was not cold enough and always have to ask for ice bucket, thanks to the guys on the top to let me play my music. The room is the only top but it’s a long way to improve, also with the food. Breakfast is very limited, the juice is poor quality and the cappuccino is not included, you paid extra. From 1 to 10, this breakfast is only a 2 or 3 if I am generous. Anyway, my comments is always to help and never to destroy. THANKS

The staff were helpful and welcoming. We visited my daughter’s friends who had gone to visit her a few months ago. The room, the beds and the bathroom were very clean. The bed and the pillows were also clean. I did not get any allergies from unvacummed or pillows full of dust mites. I was very happy with the food as it was very good and quite affordable.

We stayed 3D2N from Dec 30 2020 to Jan 1 2021. Location is outside the Clark Freeport Zone, it seems to be in a residential area. Hotel was new and clean, beds are super comfy. Staff were very friendly and attentive (despite being on skeletal force), esp. the lady manning the bar at the roof deck. Breakfast buffet had limited choices, but has the essentials. Loved their cheese pizza and truffle mushroom pasta. We spent New Year's Eve at the roof deck in our pajamas, where we had a good view of the community fireworks (without the inconvenience of smoke). Overall, we had a great time during our stay. Will definitely choose to stay at Capitol again when we come back to visit Pampanga.

Very good hotel with a fantastic, beautiful rooftop restaurant. Most importantly, the staff here is amazing. We have stayed in Boracay, Cebu, and Pampanga on this vacation and I couldn't be happier with the wonderful people here at Capital Hill. Very close to SM Mall.

I would recommend this hotel because it looks new and grand in the inside and outside. The hotel front desk is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped, clean and spacious. I love the bed very comfortable :)
The only bad thing is the location, it’s a distance away from sm mall or the heart of Angeles city. Getting a trike and taxi is hard because u have to walk 5-10 min to the Main Street.

If you like the rooms in a Hilton or Marriott, these are as nice if not better. The entire hotel is magnificent in every way. Location is great, breakfast was great, infinitely pool and bar at the top are perfect. Every employee wa fantastic and extremely caring. The price fit my travel budget perfect. It’s hard to find a place in the Philippines that will meet our critical standards for cleanliness but this one does. We highly recommend staying here.

One of the best in Angeles. This is a new hotel with parking space. I love that the rooms and facilities are clean. Health protocols were strictly implemented.
They serve buffet breakfast. Staffs are hospitable.
Plus points for ATM machine located at the lobby.
Will surely go back to this hidden gem.
