Bed is not soft. Bathroom is old and the fixtures are rusty. The door in the room needs some serious fixing, lock is broken. Water in the shower is not strong enough and is too hot and cannot be adjusted. Our first visit here were two and three years ago, and the rooms that time still look okay. But now...

I admire the landscape of the resort, very nice, and the warm pools are great. The shower rooms are clean and they provide towels and plastic bags for your wet clothes. However, food/ snacks are not allowed inside the premises you are encouraged to buy from their restaurant or snack bar.

Because it's way too hot, we decided to go on a road trip to Laguna to look for a nice hot springs resort. I heard of this place so I figured we should go check it out. Glad we went here because the place is really nice with several pools you can choose from. It's very relaxing, not too crowded....

We arrived at the resort a little before lunch on Good Friday and expected it to be packed. We were informed that there were no rooms/cottages left for rent, and only a few lockers were available which is included in the day rate. We still pushed thru as we had traveled all this way to try out the resort. We...

We live in Los Banos and I pass by this resort every single day. The facade isn't so inviting, it even appears somewhat sleazy so I never thought much of it. However, after hearing more than once from others that inside the resort is a different thing, that it was even voted Best Resort in Laguna not many years ago...

The place has very nice and well maintained landscape. For those who loves taking pictures, this is one of the best place for you. My only issue is the limited and expensive food -- at least for me it is expensive, but it may be within the budget for those who are earning more 😆. Since you're not allowed to...

We came here on a Sunday and surprisingly there are only a few people in the resort. The pools are clean and the whole resort has a nice landscape. You can't bring in food but the restaurant is not that pricey.

Our family stayed over night at this resort. The facilities and pools are great and most areas are kid friendly. There are a couple of things which could be improved. The beds in the rooms were VERY hard and there was a spider infestation in one of our rooms. Overall, the staff were helpful to make our stay as comfortable...

Huge land area with man made lake which made the visit more relaxing. Went during the low season thus there were less people to move around with. There were only Italian and Korean outlets open at the time of visit. Our kids enjoyed nonetheless.
