We walked in and stayed for two nights. The staff were very good and helpful. The guest house is very well located and well maintained. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. Korat is a large business orientated city and offer amazing culinary options. Try the stall/restaurant just outside this guest house....serving amazing chinese sausage and spicy pork dish... More

Sansabai has about the best value room I've seen on my recent trips to Thailand. It's rather exceptional that a fan room has cable TV & fridge (no hot water though), and this for 300 Baht only. The aircon rooms also have a ceiling fan, handy if you don't like to use the aircon at all times. The rooms on... More

This is a guesthouse that misleadingly calls itself a hostel located within walking distance of Thao Suranaree Museum and Chumphon Gate. There are a variety of different rooms available at different prices, although the receptionist makes out they only have more expensive rooms available. There is a particularly surly woman that works at reception here who was refusing at first... More

Still a great place, and still very affordable. Double bed fan rooms with cold shower on the fifth floor (no elevator) are still only 300B, and are clean, well-furnished (chairs, table, closet, TV, fridge, balcony) and comfy. 450B gets you AC and hot water on a lower floor; king beds are available for more. Clean, well managed, near plenty of... More

A bit noisy for two reasons: first, a fan in the bathroom was lit alone at night and making noise automatically every 20 minutes. Difficult to have a good rest for the second reason: customers impolite slamming doors and joked loudly on the stairs already at 6 am! Pity. I only stayed three nights, there was no need to change... This weekend I spent one night at Ban Sansabai and I wil be back. The cleanest hotel I have seen in Korat. The staff I talked with were suprisingly good in english and so friendly and helpful. Wifi was strong and really good, bathroom had same standard as you would expect in Europe. I will use it every time I... More

Comfortable rooms, reasonably priced 300-450THB. Shower with plenty of pressure and four pillows on our double bed (luxury!). Several options for food nearby. Lots of stairs, no lift. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was average but adequate.

After looking at so called specials.places that reduce there prices from 3000 to 1500 the San Sinai for only 650 for an airconditioned room. Good bed and TV programs and secure is a godsend. A family run buisness
