We stayed several nights in June. With the elevation it gets cool if not cold at night so don't forget a light jacket, even in the summer. We enjoyed our time at the lodge. I love all the original touches and the woodwork. The history...More

We have stayed at the Lodge a number of times - always a night or two in the main Lodge while traveling elsewhere. This was a first for us -- staying in the Pavilion with our small dog, and in August as our escape from...More

This is the place for that perfect getaway whether you are by yourself or a couple. The first thing to note is this is a restored 1890s Lodge. There is no elevator. But this Lodge is still handicapped accessible. Saying that, I had the most...More

After years of talking about it, we finally decided to head to Cloudcroft and stay at The Lodge. The Lodge itself is very Victorian and the rooms and ambiance reflect this. A lot of history. It is located up in the midst of high trees...More

Went to celebrate our wedding anniversary in June 2015. Tiny room with shower stall, hot water gushed out and was difficult to keep a balanced temperature. An accident waiting to happen. The toilet flushed every 3-4 minutes continuously. Room temp was warm and the thermostat...More

We stayed in a king room but it didn't have a view of much of anything except beautiful snow out the window. Really loved this place though. Lots of history and even a ghost. The room was adequate size too.
