We stayed several nights in June. With the elevation it gets cool if not cold at night so don't forget a light jacket, even in the summer. We enjoyed our time at the lodge. I love all the original touches and the woodwork. The history...More
We have stayed at the Lodge a number of times - always a night or two in the main Lodge while traveling elsewhere. This was a first for us -- staying in the Pavilion with our small dog, and in August as our escape from...More

Not at all. The A/C is great and there are electrical outlets in more than one place in the room. We recharged our iPad, phones, etc. with no trouble beyond having to unplug a lamp on one occasion. By "old" expect quaint, not antiquated!

We stayed in a king room but it didn't have a view of much of anything except beautiful snow out the window. Really loved this place though. Lots of history and even a ghost. The room was adequate size too.
