During frequent visits to my family in Clovis, I have stayed at most of the 12 hotels/inns/motels in the city. After these many stays, I rate the Quality Inn, Clovis as the "Best Bargain in Town."
During my most recent stay at this Inn, I...More
The staff was friendly. The hotel was old, shop worn and dirty. The room had insects, the old soap from the previous occupant was still in the shower. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom from a bad paint job. The hallways were...More
Upon arriving it didn't look bad. It took awhile for the clerk to come to the counter but was apologetic and very friendly. Walking down the hall it was very dingy looking and loud. When you walked the floor was noisy. Our key didn't work...More

James, first of all I want to thank you for your service and sorry you were left injured. I have asthma (sound trivial up against your problem) and they accommodated us with a ground floor room. Notify the hotel ahead of arrival (preferably when booking) that you need a ground level floor and the reason. I see no reason why they would not do it. However, you might have read my review of this hotel and I do not recommend it at all. They are ranked 12 of 13 hotels in Clovis. I would suggest you pick another hotel. This hotel was a mess....holes in the wall, filthy carpets, chipped tile in bathroom, uneducated desk clerk on the policies. .Do not let the low price lure you there. Try their sister hotel Comfort Suites or Comfort Inn (just my opinion).
