The rooms are over priced. My air conditioning was out and my room extremely hot. They did not move me. They did offer to compensate me for the problem but at check out the young ladies in charge pretty much called me a liar and were more concerned with someone working in the hotel getting in trouble then trying to...

The front desk did not have my reservation when I arrived. They blamed it on technology. Then they over bill me a few bucks on my invoice but corrected on the spot Rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. Bed was not what I expected....not very comfortable. Gaming was ok but I never saw anyone ,including me, hit a decent pot....

I did not stay at the hotel as it is booked up for 3 months at over $200/night so I checked out the attached casino. It is mediocre to say the best. Not very large, stinks of smoke and unappealing decor. I wanted food so I sat at what looks like a nice bar with draught Guinness, but the smoke...

I was concerned about booking with a hotel/casino--envisioning cigarette smoke billowing out of the front door and having to traverse the mind numbing sound of one-arm bandits to get to the front desk. My experience couldn't have been more opposite this. The hotel is an Ahhhhhhhh experience from the front entryway all the way up to the pristinely clean, beautifully...

We had stayed at the Santa Claran Hotel in 2014 and were very impressed by the cleanliness, the service and the comfortable room. I am happy to say that our stay this July was just as enjoyable as our first stay. We had a sixth floor room that looked out at the mountains to the west. It was nice to...

We stayed in Espanola so we could visit the Puye Cliff Dwellings the following morning, before going on to Santa Fe. The king bedded room was beautifully designed in Native American motif, and we had a nice mountain view from a small balcony. The entrance/lobby area was really impressive, as was the fantastic customer service by the desk staff. They...

Myself and my father went for breakfast last Saturday 7/9/16 and were very disappointed with the service. Our waitress was either having a very bad day or had no idea what was going on. I had to repeat our drink order 3 times and she still got it wrong. We waited around 35 minutes and still had not received our...

My parents travel here frequently from Colorado. As I was visiting from Kentucky, I suggested we travel together and stay here a few days. The hotel is comfortable. The rooms are very large and well styled. It is also pet friendly, a requirement of mine , as I travel with my large dog. The staff was friendly and accommodated a...

We came to visit the Santuario de Chimayo and this hotel was near by. The service was great and the people were very helpful. We will highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family. It took us 14 hrs to come here and it was well worth it. The food was excellent and so was the service.

This is a very nice hotel with the casino attached. Rooms are great, updated. I slept good here when we got through in the Casino and bar. Price is very reasonable, but it was strange that when i first attempted to book a room I was told they were sold out, but I was able to book a room on...
