We were looking for a clean RV Park to spend a few days in Las Cruses and were so glad we found this one. The RV parking area is level with trees at several spaces. The RV spaces were big enough for our 41' 5th...More
This is the worst place we have every stayed at. There is no washroom for women. The washroom looks like it has never been cleaned. One washroom for men and women and don't forget to pay $10 deposit for the key, just in case you...More
We have actually stayed at the Coachlight RV Park several times as we traveled through the area, and even one time for almost a week. There is nothing special about the place but the price is good and we tend to spend very little time...More
RV park is behind an old somewhat rundown motel. It is an open gravel lot with multiple sites. All are pull full and pretty long (we did not have to unhitch). Electric and water worked fine. The showers are an old dingy motel room and...More
We stayed here for three days on our winter RV trip. The clientele at the motel part looked a little sketchy, so we made sure we locked our coach at all times. We were never bothered , though. The electricity and water worked fine. They...More
I understand that this place is under new management. I'm wondering what steps have been taken to correct some of the horrid reviews that are on this site? For instance, 1. Are you being more selective about your long-term tenants/guests? 2. Have rooms been fumigated for bugs? 3. What about the carpets? Are they being cleaned on a regular basis? 4. Are your housekeepers more attentive to the guests needs? 5. Is your internet reliable, without issues, for your guests? 6. VERY IMPORTANT...Has your water source been tended to? Did you replace pipes or whatever needed to be done to correct BROWN water? 7. How about the air conditioning? Has that been corrected? 8. What about the drapes? Have they been fixed or replaced to keep the street lights out and also for safety/security issues? The reason I ask is that I visited one of your rooms about 3 weeks or ago and had a walk through. I noticed the carpets in several of the rooms were quite filthy, there were cobwebs on the ceilings, and just touching one of the dressers made my skin crawl from the greasy/grimy/dirtiness of it. One of the toilets was just plain nasty. There is more I could comment on, but you get the idea. I would like to hear from management of this business as to what corrective actions have been and ARE taking place. Thanks!
