I am a regular now. They won me over with a great price, a comfortable quiet room, and they never forgot my name. Davis and Crew were always cheerful, friendly and helpful. I travel with communications gear and extras. Internet service was always available and dependable. The rooms clean and comfortable, and they always asked if I needed anything special....

I stayed at the Big Chili for 2 nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly large. The staff, especially Elina, went out of their way to accommodate. I also enjoyed the garden area with pavilion and coy pond. It is evident that the staff takes pride in the colorful history of the motel. The only negative was the intermittent...

I have to tell you, in all honesty, that I normally travel with a travel trailer and stay in it at campgrounds. However, this was a last minute trip and my objective was to find hotels that offered inexpensive accomodations (trying to get as close to camp site prices as possible). In Las Cruces, I was going to spend two...

I chose this place because it had very good reviews and I actually wanted to see the largest chili. The chili did not disappoint but I was with the overall place. The service was great from the staff. I think the manager's name was Dave. He was very nice and made sure the room had fresh towels in it. The...

Older motel, interesting history and the room was very clean. A great bargain for the price and I will definitely stay here again when traveling through Las Cruces. They also serve a Continental breakfast which mainly consists of cereal, bagels, and muffins. Coffee was good.

We stayed here for one night prior to checking into our long-term rental. We chose it for its convenient location and reasonable nightly rate. The room was very nice, and the owners were friendly and helpful in arranging a taxi for us to get to the downtown New Years Eve festivities. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The owners David and Eline are friendly and helpful, the room was clean with good-quality towels (not what you'd expect from a budget motel), and we liked the funky atmosphere celebrating peppers! Thumbs up from monkeyseemonkeytravel!

And the inn itself is very clean and tidy and economically priced for the quality of the room. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Best part is they welcome pets with only a very minimal addition to the bill.

This may be an America's Best Value Inn, but that's misleading. The "Big Chile Inn" has character and aplomb that you don't find in the chain lodges. Starting with the world's largest red chile out front, the place is a warren of odd surprises and exotic touches emanating from the Pacific Rim origins of its owners. The central garden, by...

Stayed here on a cross country solo driving trip. Weather forced me to give up and find a place to stay at 9:00 am. Desk Manager was very accommodating and let me check in that early. Spent all day and all night waiting for weather to abate. Room was clean, large, relatively comfortable and inexpensive. I would stay here again....
