Inn of the Mountain Gods is an exceptional hotel & casino, hands down! They have so much to offer, you never have to leave the property for one bit!! The weather is there in Ruidoso is perfect and the atmosphere/scenery is remarkable!

We went to the casino for the first time just to have fun. Stayed in a different hotel. The casino is very smoky when you first walk in but not too bad when you get further away from the entrance. The slots are fun and so is the Roulette. Didn't try anything else. I did manage to break even, so... More

A very well done and well kept resort/casino in the mountains of southern NM. Most rooms face a large lake. Very serene at night, with many elk in the area and a lot of water fowl on the water. Unlike most casinos, you don't walk through the casino to your hotel room. Several good places to eat. Wendell's is the... More

This resort has stunning views and is nice. Staff is very nice. Lots of activities casino is average. Weird that you can't drink on casino floor, must be some kind of state law. But on the flip side many of cool bars to grab a drink. Definitely bring your camera!!!! Rooms are nice, housekeeping was great. Jessica was a very... More

We drove 630 miles to stay overnight and gamble a little. The views are absolutely stunning. Gorgeous lake, pine trees, mountains. We so enjoyed our coffee on the balcony overlooking all this beauty. The suite we had was amazing. A huge living room with breakfast bar, two bathrooms and the bedroom also had a desk and a sofa. The master... More

This is a beautiful facility in a gorgeous setting! My husband and I spent quite a bit of time simply wandering around looking at all the Apache artifacts and décor. Definitely worth the little jog off the beaten path to see the fantastic sculptural fountain at the entrance and the beautiful sunset over the mountains.

This is truly a beautiful resort. It overlooks Lake Mescalero. There are lots of things to do, golf, gambling, water sports in the summer and hiking. If you search on line during their slower season- they offer very reasonable rates. They are only a 5 minute drive from the little town of Ruidoso- very cute and lots of fun little... More

We visited in autumn and not during the harried ski season. Beautiful Lake Mescalero (ask for a room with lake view). Zip line across the lake (3 minutes long so everyone can try this!), kayaking, boating, fishing, paddle boats and , of course, golfing. Inside the newly renovated Inn, sitting areas provide wide vistas of Lake Mescalero and beckon one... More

The casino is very small but does have a few tables and a decent selection of slots. This is not Vegas by any means so don't come here expecting it to be. Also don't expect to be able to drink on the floor as that is a no go in New Mexico.
