Our room was beautiful as was the hotel generally. The staff were helpful and attentive. The food was lovely. The safari was great. Very good value for money as price includes accommodation, food, drink and game drives and walk. Thoroughly enjoyed.

I recently stayed for 4 nights at Elephant Plains in Sabi Sands. Elephant Plains was an excellent choice for the variety of wildlife viewing and very reasonably priced for a single traveler. The Lodge is very comfortable with nice sitting areas complete with a number of table top books on Africa, bar in the large lounge area, a library, and...

We stayed here for 3 nights in March - 4 adults, staying in two rondavels. We got the "tip" to stay here from a friend, who has stayed here previously and it came highly recommended from him, and we certainly were not disappointed! After arriving slightly late for our game drive (we got there around 4:20pm), one of the rangers...

My bestfriend and I stayed here (Elephant Plain) recently from March 16th-19th, 2014. We arrived late afternoon on Sunday from Hoedspruit airport around 4pm and was very relieved to learn that we were right on time for the afternoon game drive. There are two game drives daily. One drive in the early am from 5:30-8:00am and the other drive from...

We are very glad we chose Elephant Plains for our time in the Kruger area. There is a lot of choice and it is expensive so you want to choose carefully. Elephant Plains delivered and I think does so above it's class. We saw the big 5 in 2 days and did so in great comfort, good food and great...

Dear Christo Thank you for your kind feedback and compliments on the lodge. That is exactly what we try to accomplish! Please do tell all...

After a morning safari the facilities of the lodge could be enjoyed - two swimming pools, games room, library, common lounge area - then a declicious lunch before the afternoon and sundowner safari.
