    No problem for hot water. Yes the roads are bumpy but you're on Safari and in the bush so that's expected. Bring binoculars to enhance the experience. 8x42 or 8x50 will be fine.

    We stayed in March and had a water facing Lodge, it was huge and beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
