Drove in very easily with their information ahead of time. Even though GPS got us there too.. Facilities looked lovely & clean pulling in. Little wait to check in unlike other facilities that I've been too.invited to breakfast & info program next am. Told about first bag "free" ice & vinegar under sink for hard water. Directed to room. What...

Condos were clean large & quiet! We had 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, dining area onto deck. Peaceful looking over pine trees seeing deers. The staff was phenomenal especially Leah & April, they helped us with some personal matters ! Very accommodating! They have an indoor pool, and game room with pool table, which we loved! Weather was...

After reading some of the previous reviews we were hesitant to stay here. We are really glad that we did. Yes, the water is hard and you need to bring bottled water to drink and follow the instructions for the dishwasher unless you want to have mineral coated plates. We were impressed by the office staff - they were very...

If you are looking for a place with a lot of bells and whistles, this isn't the place for you. If, however, you want an out of the way place to just 'kick back', Crown Point fits the bill. A few things to know: 1. The resort is 1 mile up a dark and windy road. At night, be careful...

Pros: Beautiful setting on a ridge top overlooking the town of Ruidoso Weather was great in early May, cooler than surrounding areas. Lows forties at night, 60s to 70s during the day Close enough to three national wildlife refuges to make day trips Lots of hiking options nearby Grocery store within a short drive (Walmart), open 24/7 Many options for...

We enjoyed our stay at Crown Point. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. We took several day trips including White Sands Monument, Eagle Ranch Pistachio Farm and the Space Center.

My BIG Family of 6 loved this place!!! 2 adults and 4 kids ages 3-15. The condominiums are very spacious and clean. They provide everything you need except food. The scenery is gorgeous and the views from the balconies are breath taking!! We will be back next year!! The picture is from one of the balconies.

This is a timeshare facility with 2 and 3 bedroom units. We used one of the two handicap accessible units. Both bathrooms are accessible; one has a low lip for roll-in access. A new cook stove had been installed in the kitchen. A lift is used to gain access to the hot tub and pool area. A power lift chair...

We booked a Friday to Friday week via RCI at CPOA. After my husband learned he needed cancer surgery right in the middle of the week we had booked I called the front desk. I wanted to change the reservation from Friday to Friday to Wednesday to Wednesday. I explained why. Oh no - that was not allowed. I had...

You know, I have read several reviews about this place. I was amused at the complaints over the hard water. For pete's sake, it's on the top of a mountain (a plus by the way). Bring a few bottles of spring water that you drink at home and quit your whining! Yes, the pool needs some work, but the location...
