We stayed with 5 people (4 adults and 1 child, age 4) in the Presidential suite. The service was impecable, the bush experience was completely personalized and our guide was absolutely excellent. I cannot imagine going anywhere else, honestly. We had a personal chef, housekeeper and butler, the spaces and lodge were amazing. I cannot wait to go back.

My husband and I have been visiting various lodges in Africa for over 15 years. We met Alastair, the General Manager at Tintswalo at a previous lodge. He is the gold standard of rangers. The lodge, staff, accommodation and game viewing were spectacular. Some of the best elephant interaction that we have ever seen. Seeing the Big 5 on a... More

I rarely do reviews but as the service was so good, I decided that it should be acknowledged. We have done safari before but if we want to see not only the big five but everything from ground to sky explained within a few days, Andrew and Pardon are the people for you. Taking into account that you are in... More

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with a trip to South Africa this year. Our travel agent booked our stay at Tintswalo and after seeing the pictures on their website we were really looking forward to our stay there. The pictures only show part of the excellence of this lodge though. The accomodations are beautiful,... More

We have just spent 3 wonderful nights at this beautiful lodge. The setting is gorgeous with very private spacious suites and a plunge pool on your deck. All the doors fully open up so you feel like you are at one with nature while you are relaxing in between drives. The food is absolutely fantastic, so delicious! We also enjoyed... More

This was our second visit to Africa. Our first was to KENYA and TANZANIA. While we really enjoyed the first and got wonderful pictures, Our visit to TINTSWALLOW was by far the best SAFARI experience we ever had, including the rest of our trip to KRUGER PARK, ZAMBIA, ZIMBABWE, and BOTSWANA. There were two over riding reasons. Our GUIDE, VIC,... More

We were on tour with Alexander and Roberts and this was stop #2 on our journey and I think that most of us were looking forward to this the most. The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and most of all friendly. Manyeleti reserve borders Kruger and the animals wander between as there are not any fences. Game drive every morning at... More

Beyond my wildest dreams!!!! Room was perfect, food was delicious, service was 5 star, setting was like a movie. But the safari's were the best of all. The guides were friendly, fun and knowledgeable. We went into the bush like I had never even imagined and saw animals so close I could almost touch them. The morning breaks with coffee... More

Very pleased in every aspect. Very friendly staff, excellent food and safari outings. Safari guides were excellent and saw the big 5 two days in a row. Evening coffee & drinks were something to look forward to. Would go again in a second!
