We stayed here for the second year running. During that year the Lodge has been completely refurbished and the result is very impressive. We loved it last year and it is even better this year, particularly the pool area. Wonderful service from our butler Marcus, great food. They can't do enough for you here. For the second year (at our...

It is a dream come true! Your dream begins with the warm welcome you receive when you enter the lodge. Then you are taken to an awesome room with your dedicated butler. The drives are amazing and Barney who was our ranger went out of his way( quite literally) to help us see all the Big 5, including lionesses feeding...

Responsible tourism combined with impeccable service and beautiful location. All AndBeyond properties seem to have this in common: they support the area ecology, community, and animals. They feature amazing properties, in amazing places, offering service surpassing any Ritz I have ever stayed at. Ngala is no different, but in addition to all the AndBeyond amazing features, the property is surrounding...

We stayed at the lodge a little over a week ago and still miss being there. The experience was exceptional for both the adult and child. From being pampered with a hot water bottle and blanket on the morning drive, a cocktail at sunset in the bush and seeing the Big Five in the first day gives you an idea...

We were delighted with the newly renovated facilities and great service and viewing. We saw all of the big five within a day of arriving and it still got better! The picks were: - the elephants coming up to infinity pool and drinking from a few metres away; - the special endangered dogs viewing and wandering around the viewing vehicle...

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you are treated like a king. The staff all know your name and are so friendly. The food is amazing. The one down side is the views from the lodge and rooms is lacking- if it were not for this the lodge would get all 5 stars. BUT, the game...

We stayed at Ngala for 3 nights for our honeymoon, and it was our first safari experience. From the moment we set foot on the property we felt like in a dream, where everything and everyone is just perfect, and a pack of elephants were having a drink from the watering hole in front of the swimming pool. What a...

My wife and i stayed at Ngala for four nights having just spent three with a more rustic camp called Rhino Post Safari. We were picked up by Andre (Dr Dre) from the airport and from the first moment his enthusiasm and humour came shining through and we could tell that we would get on really well. The camp itself...

Great stay to remember in the refurbished camp! Really wild corner of South Africa which is part of the greater Kruger National Park but without the crowds. Tourism here is managed by the premier tourism company in Southern Africa, &Beyond!

Based on my visit to Ngala and Kirkman's Kamp, I'm convinced you cannot go wrong with an &Beyond lodge. Like at Kirkman's, we had a marvelous time at Ngala. We were greeted by a family of warthogs on the lawn next to the dining pavilion then watched a vervet monkey steal some bananas. It's the real deal, y'all. Five stars...

The romance and mystery of Africa come alive in 20 thatched cottages tucked under a dense canopy of tamboti trees at Ngala Safari Lodge. Exuding classical safari charm, the spacious veranda, with its wonderfully comfortable armchairs, looks out onto a popular waterhole. For pure indulgence, the Safari Suite offers an elegant sitting room, private swimming pool and exclusive use of a safari vehicle.
