General condition of the hotel was approaching dilapidated, but not quite. Desk staff was civil but only civil. There were marks on the walls of the halls and room and the elevator carpet was frayed and torn. The breakfast was average for these type of hotels.

Hampton.....It delivers what the name has in the past. This facility over charges because it has no other hotel/motel for competition. If this is too remote for USA newspaper then why was the facility built????

Stayed for one night on the way to the Grand Canyon. Nice hotel in a fairly remote location. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. If you are in need of a good overnight stay on your way somewhere I would recommend this hotel. It definitely served our purpose.

We were there on a weekend where the elevator went out. Other than that, the place is wonderful. A little pricey but better than staying at the Super 8. The room was great, perfect four our 2 adults, teen, and 2 children.

We stayed overnight on the way to Sedona. The staff was very friendly. They had a good breakfast with sausage, orange juice, eggs, waffles. The only downside was that we ran out of toilet paper. There was no extra roll anywhere.

When my husband spoke to the manager about the elevator being out of service our entire stay he was told to contact someone to repair it himself. The hot tub was broken during our stay. There are multiple dogs right behind the hotel that barked all night both nights we were there.

Overall an ok stay. The room was clean with issues here and there and the evening staff was hard to work with but the morning staff was excellent. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and this was close enough to the Blue Hole that it made the trip worth while. Overall I would return but not expect what I've seen at other...

The front desk staff were nice and cheerful however my reservation request for a particular breakfast item (due to food allergies) was either not seen or ignored, even after reminding them when I checked in the evening prior. However, the oatmeal for breakfast was among the best I've had at any hotel! The A/C in the room was difficult to...

For this location, the stay was fine ...except all front side rooms face a trucker's overnight depot by "Pilot" so refrigerated trucks rumble ALL night. Ask for a back side room if this noise bugs. Front desk staff was very professional and the attendant at breakfast was always tiding up, refreshing items.

The room is always clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast hot and ready! I have stayed here several times in the last few years and it is always reliable. Easy access to I 40. I have yet to find a exceptional restaurant in the area, but I will keep trying.
