We had a wonderful experience at this Bed & Breakfast. We have stayed in several and this one definitely rates at the top of the list! I loved the room and the view and sitting in the courtyard in the beautiful scenery and enjoying the peace and quiet. The food was very good and absolutely loved the steam shower!! The...

From check-in to check-out, this was one of the best places I've ever stayed!! The rooms each had a unique theme, beehive fireplaces, comfortable beds, great jacuzzi tubs. There were some CDs and player in the room. After we had gone to dinner, (the caretakers gave us some great advice for restaurants) and were waiting for our jacuzzi time, we...

We had a wonderful experience at Hacienda del Sol. The property is very relaxing and feels like a old Spanish Inn. The staff was extremely helpful and served a excellent breakfast. We would recommend staying at the Inn.

My usual place in Taos was under renovation, so I had to find other accomodations, and I was fortunate enough to find Hacienda del Sol. It is deceivingly small on the outside, but like so many Taos homes, is a maze of charming rooms on the inside. I loved that Mabel Dodge Luhan lived here. When reading her books it...

Certainly the place to stay when visiting Taos. The rooms are immaculate and set in a classic New Mexican décor. Breakfast choices are extensive, delicious and prepared by a season Chef. The owners are very knowledgeable about places to visit and/or hike. They make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave. The inn is conveniently located...

Hacienda Del Sol was by far my husband and my favorite place we stayed in New Mexico. The Cowboy Room was clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and had a steam shower!!! The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were so pleasant and lovely to meet. They got us a last minute reservation at Love Apple for our anniversary dinner. And we...

Just returned from my second wonderful trip to Taos and my boyfriend and we were lucky enough to stay at the Hacienda del Sol this time round. We stayed in the 'El Pueblo' room, a charming and rustic room with the most incredible view of the mountains and the cosiest bed i've ever slept in!!! We were made to feel...

Everything about about our experience at Hacienda del Sol was five star except the needed up grade of the bathrooms and bed. All was clean and sparkly and *felt like home* but I don't want to dwell on a something that does not NEED to be the Four Seasons. They hit all the high notes such as a room that...

When we purchased the inn in 2006, we thought perhaps our guests would need televisions that were not in the rooms. We ordered them and then started listening to our guests who said it would spoil the atmosphere of our peaceful retreat. They were right. We have free Wifi and a flat screen cable TV in our living room for...

After reading the glowing reviews, my husband and I were a bit disappointed in the Hacienda del Sol. Still, it had several positive features. We liked the historic buildings and the grounds. The hosts were friendly, and it was nice to have several choices for breakfast. We also appreciated the drinks and snacks available to guests in the kitchen. On...

We value all our guest comments and listen carefully to anything negative. We strive to please all our guests and to offer a true southwest experience at our historic adobe. Granted, it has been warmer than usual this summer, especially in June, but we do provide fans for extra circulation and it dips into the 40's and 50's at night....

Great place to stay while in Taos. It was recommended from a dear friend and it did not disappoint. You really do feel right at home and like you are part of the family there. We wanted to get a piece of authentic Taos and we did by staying at Hacienda Del Sol.
