Brad and Amber put their personal touch on every part of our stay. They were gracious, accomodating and warm -- all qualities of a perfect innkeeper. The property is in a gorgeous part of Taos, and it offers just the right amount of privacy or opportunities for socializing. Breakfast was creative and very tasty. We hope to return again this... The bed was very comfortable and cozy warm on cold nights. The heated floor was a welcome touch, but most of all, the breakfasts were to die for. Brad and Amber would ask about our plans for the next day and they created a meal to fit our agenda. A planned long hike along the Rio Grande West Rim got... More

Brad is great. Very service oriented and helpful. We had a wedding nearby and our family stayed at the Touchstone. There was some confusion about the reservation and even though the place was booked, they converted a spa room to a regular room for my father-in-law. I'm very thankful! Mark

I had a lovely night while it rained for hours and hours and then snowed. The room remained warm despite the power outage during the early hours of the morning! Nice shower and a coffee machine and two beds. Brad and Amber were great hosts offering lots of advice and things to do. Loved the artwork scattered about, all original.... More

We had a great time at Touchstone. The room was lovely, with kiva fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and patio. The bed was very comfy and the decor was Southwestern without being kitch (no kokopellis or howling coyotes). Breakfast was really innovative and delicious. I felt the owners went out of their way to make our stay special. My only complaint was... More

Fantastic atmosphere; you wouldn't know that the place is located just off a main road. Brad & Amber certainly go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is pleasant & relaxing. The breakfasts are superb, and if you're really lucky you may be able to get Brad to make you some of his green chile. Outstanding!! There is simply... More

Brad & Amber were wonderful hosts not only to the Inn but to Taos. Brad's breakfasts were delightful and Amber directions and ideas of what to do were fantastic. The room (#7) was very nice and the balcony gave a nice view to sip coffee and watch the sun rise, or drink some wine as darkness fell.

We stayed in the cheapest room (#4, The Tony- $ deal of $85/ night) on the main floor. They recently added the second floor, so based on that and the fact that our room was a little dated, I'm guessing the good reviews come from 2nd floor visitors. The owners were kind/ caring (especially the man!) & very professional/ helpful... More

The Touchstone Inn was the perfect location for our romantic getaway to Taos. My wife and I have stayed in Taos five other times, five other places. For our future visits, I won't waste time looking for another B&B. Equal parts generous hospitality, quiet places to read, gaze at the mountains, or watch the hummingbirds, and immaculate bedrooms. And I... More
