I like the bright colors, and overall it was fine. However, it sounded and looked more cute on the Internet than it was in real life. The hotel is actually spread out among multiple buildings, so you may have to walk outside for a bit to get to the hot spring tubs, and the town is a little sketchy.

We have been to the Pelican Spa several times in the past few years. The rates are very reasonable for rooms that have their own personality and interesting art work. They are very comfortable. Use of one of the five private hot spring tubs/rooms at no extra charge is a relaxing and great way to enjoy our stay. The staff...

My partner and I went to T or C for a business meeting that I had to attend and stayed at the Pelican Spa! It was incredibly beautiful. We stayed in the gallery room. The hot water mineral baths were amazing. Everyone was so friendly. We definitely plan on returning just for fun.

...Unlimited Hot Springs Access! I attended a conference for four days and my mom and I stayed here. Some of the other reviewers have mentioned that it's quirky or fun, and they would be right. It's also quiet, decorated in shabby chic, and clean. However, the main draw for me was there hot springs tubs and the unlimited access you...

I would like to tell everybody about our recent visit to the Pink Pelican. I would like to add that the visit was not to stay the night. My girlfriend and I booked three nights online the weekend of Labor Day. Upon arrival late Friday night, at 9 PM, my girlfriend and I attempted to check in, however we were...

If you need white towels and sheets, don't stay here. Our room had a King size bed, no spread, green sheets, one red towel, one blue. The floor was just boards painted royal blue, no carpets. The meager furnishings were definitely flea market quality. The weird thing was there was an enormous kitchen. It had a microwave, coffee maker and...

I try to avoid comforters and spreads. We use one bottom sheet and two top sheets. There are blankets in the closet or dresser, if you need them. We also line dry most of our sheets and towels. I try to avoid white sheets and towels. I try to find the brightest colors I can get. Sheets are always washed...

My boyfriend and I booked the aptly named "Blue Room" for our anniversary this weekend. After a clerical error (which unfortunately we were not informed, or aware of, until we emailed them to confirm our reservation), we ended up spending only one night there and one night in a nearby property, Pink Pelican. I am actually quite glad that this...

Have stayed here several times, and savor its artsy, funky, colorful, quixotic style. Every room is different; the baths are really basic and somehow endearing, and the location makes it walkable to everywhere in town. Homey personalized service. Not a luxury/gooshy/spa/thick robe place but a treat for folks seeking the delightful unbeaten path.

The Pelican Spa has it's own special charm. If you like eclectic and artsy, this place is for you. The hour long private tub soaks were awesome, and you could sign up for them as much as you like during your stay. The mineral water is pretty warm (103-108) so you can add cold water to get the temp to...

Spent a night here with my family, including two children and enjoyed every minute of it. We stayed in the Aqua Room and the Turquoise Suite. We opted to have two rooms so we could take advantage of the Aqua room with a private tub in it and the Turquoise Suite gave us the space we were needing. The rooms...
