The Yellow Aloe Guesthouse in the center of Clanwilliam has a main building with the reception, a small shop and the breakfast room and veranda overlooking the very green and lush garden with a pool and lots of plants and flowers from their own nursery. Right next to it is the thatched roof Guesthouse building, housing a handful of rooms...

Beautiful garden, tranquil atmosphere, great rooms being serviced daily, friendly staff and great hosts (Michel & Cheryl). The pool after a long day's work were most welcoming. Thank you for catering to all our needs. The delicious mangos and braai on the last night was most definitely the highlight of our stay. This place is highly recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting the Cederberg area. We stayed in a double/family room upstairs in the main house. The bedroom was well appointed and looked recently renovated with a very v comfortable double bed (and a single bed) and aircon. We found the owners and staff to be very helpful, with lots of advice on the...

At the end of the main street in Clanwilliam lies this Guest House. The Yellow Aloe Guest House. It is a beautiful House in a quirky Garden. There are lots of birds and there is a nice veranda to sit on during breakfast and evenings. The owners are very nice and will gladly help you to make your vacation interesting....

We love nothing more than engaging with our guests openly and honestly for real constructive critics or recommendations, which help us to improve on additional small issues which may have either slipped or could be addressed in a more valuable way. Once in a while we get poor unhappy souls through our establishment who are prone to exaggerated and unfair...

Comfortable, airconditioned room. We had a good night's sleep after an impromptu picnic outside. The breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. If the bathroom was improved it would be even better.

A well-situated guest house in lovely surroundings (doubles up as a coffee shop and nursery), and a lovely outdoor pool with sun loungers make for a lovely stay should one be lucky enough to get the good rooms! We, as a family of 5, were booked into 2 double rooms (as I had booked) and which were perfectly situated directly...

The Yellow Aloe Guest House is a lovely spot in the quiet town of Clanwilliam. It was a great place to relax and a good base to explore the surrounding area. We spent 3 nights there in winter and really enjoyed the roaring fire in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We travelled with 2 small children and ate at...

The Yellow Aloe is a wonderful B&B. It is quaint in style, clean and the staff are welcoming. There are two beautiful swimming pools which are well maintained. The breakfast offered is lovely. I highly recommend this B&B.

This little gem tucked away in the town of Clanwilliam is well worth a visit. Cedar mountain behind gives it beautiful views. The garden is full of different birds so great for bird enthusiasts. The rooms are well sized clean and very comfortable. We arrived yesterday just ahead of a sand storm which knocked the power out for about an...

We spent a night at The Longhouse, part of The Yellow Aloe. Charming hostess, lovely clean, spacious accommodation. The breakfast was included in the rate, and was very good. Great place to overnight in Clanwilliam!
