Lovely surprise tucked away behind the general store. Clean, quaint, well appointed, and welcoming. Breakfast blew us away. Met some lovely guests in this little oasis. Roger was super accommodating. You wont be disappointed. Just wish I got to try the fried chicken they make in his food store. People in the town line up for it!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights. Felt like we were at home. Everything about the place was cozy. Roger and staff were tops. Breakfast both mornings was like mom made it. Look forward to visiting again. John and Heather

There are no borders for culture! New Mexico is a great place to visit. its rugged, majestic, lonely and mysterious land will call you back. In our week long trip we decided to stay in places with character, and we did! I intend to review every place we stayed as a thank you note as they all were fantastic, but...

Dear Guests, I must admit it… I have read and re-read your comments and review several times. And NOT just because I am pleased that you had a pleasant time visiting our region, community and the Inn at Halona (and I thank you for having selected the Inn at Halona amidst your "week long trip"), but also because you relate...

This was our 4th stay at the Inn. We had room 5, downstairs, for two nights. Each room is unique and homey. This room might be our favorite so far. It feels like a small , cozy apartment with a separate sitting area, great bathroom and a comfortable bed. The wonderful book collection kept us entertained. Breakfast as always was...

Dear… Well, not sure we can name names here… 4th time indeed for you? I have quit counting, as your presence in Zuni and at the Inn at Halona has becomes quite comfortable… even expected on a regular basis if you will! I always find it amazing that Guests describe Room 5 pacifically as a suite. It is indeed a...

Roger, the owner, is from France, but has spent four decades operating this B&B and the store next door. These units are old, decorated with a thoughtful whimsy and Southwest motifs. Roget's in- laws have had this property for a century and there is a lot of good will and warm feelings between the family and the people of the...

Dear Guest, It is a pleasure for our little Inn to have been graced with your presence. Indeed, I have to admit, I get very excited at the prospect of meeting every and all Guests upon their arrival (with rare lapses when I am out of town, for example top visit with grandkids!) and I always appreciate the stories as...

Can't say enough about the Inn at Halona. It is cozy, welcoming, and a major part of the history and the present daily life in Zuni Pueblo. From the amazing decor to the delicious and abundant food to the helpful staff and owner, it was a joy to spend two nights there and I wish it could have been longer....

Derar Guests, Indeed, I SO remember your visit. Thank you for your presence here, vividly remembered by our staff as well! As you so well state, we are indeed located in a very special place, we even ARE a special place (i.e. located right in the heart of the A:shiwi native community). Yes, as you observed, a number of Guests...

We arrived at the Inn later in the day after a long drive. It was a bit confusing at first because it was not like checking into a regular hotel. You have to go into the grocery store to do that (there is a counter for customer service and they sell stones, etc, you go there). The Inn is behind...

The people are friendly and the decor is charming. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was very small and unusual. Ultimately this stop was a wonderful part of our adventure. We were able to explore nearby El Morro and El Malpias.

How fortunate to be able to stay at this Inn, in the heart of Zuni. It's comfortable and part of the pueblo - not simply a hotel on the reservation Browse the artwork and the books, to complement your time there. And enjoy some of the best breakfast and coffee that's to be had anywhere.

I have stayed at this B&B now four times, and I have always walked away impressed. I have stayed in rooms 4, 5, 21, and 23. On this latest occasion (just last week), my family and I rented rooms 21 and 23. Both rooms were beautifully and tastefully decorated, very comfortable. The Inn's website has excellent descriptions of all of...
