We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Inn and in Zuni. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, they obviously took pride in their business. Our room (room 22) was comfortable and well decorated and included a small bathroom with shower that was a little cramped, but we definitely appreciated the private bathroom. The outdoor patio area was also decorated...

Dear Guests, Thank you for providing Trip Advisor readers with your complete walk though of the Inn at Halona, practically from arrival to departure following our great breakfast (YES, as the Innkeeper now for almost 17 years of operation, I do still cherish our Inn and especially its breakfasts, and of course its Guests!). Not much to ad to your...

The Inn at Halona is a remarkable B&B in much the same way that the Zuni Pueblo is a remarkable place. One comes here normally to learn about the Puebloan peoples and their customs and cultures. Initially, Zuni looks a bit foreboding but as one spends time in the area and speaks to people one learns how gentle and friendly...

Dear Guests, I am practically speechless… A rare occasion for me. Indeed your review is very informative about the Inn at Halona and basically, similar small, cozy establishments anywhere. I should probably call upon you to provide copy for our next issuance of informational material about the Inn at Halona. Concise, well focused is good! Your comments about the local...

We had the opportunity to stay at the Inn at Halona near Christmas, and found the Innkeeper Roger very welcoming and accommodating. The bed in room 23 was very comfortable, and the room was nicely appointed with seating, desk and native-american themed decor.. which is perfect for Zuni. The breakfast far surpassed my expectations (having normally stayed in chain-hotels) and...

Dear Guests, Ah, Christmas 2014… On a personal level, busy, with many of my family members spending the holiday in Zuni: children, nephews, nieces and their own children, many dispatched to rooms in the Inn. "Full house" in a different sense of the term. I am glad that you had a pleasant stay at the Inn at Halona, and I...

Located in the heart of Zuni Pueblo, where the Zuni people have lived for almost 1,000 years, the Inn at Halona is a unique and welcoming bed & breakfast inn. I stayed here for one night about 10 years ago, and again for a couple of days this past September. You will get a warm welcome here. The rooms are...

Dear Guest, Thank you: it is good for well written reviews such as yours to point out a few of the particular items that make such establishments as the Inn at Halona different from mainstream lodging. Our website, and other information available via email or phone upon request, further expound on such an important topic as to how to decide...

The one and only place to stay overnight in a pueblo. That alone makes it unique. B&B comfortable, cozy, feels like being in someone's home. Unusual check-in in the back of a store. The room was really small but with character. The only potential discomfort- TV in the common living room, if the door to your own room is right...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your informative review: we actually very much appreciate travelers like you providing "next Guests" with information and pointers such as "location of check in" and room and building layout. In that regard, a few of our rooms are indeed closer to the common area, while others are situated far away from such a spot. Good...

Don't be fooled by the fact that the Inn at Halona is the only place in Zuni where you can stay. This bed and breakfast is home away from home! Not only are the rooms comfortable, but the breakfasts are to die for! You order exactly what you want off a list each evening, and it is prepared to order...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review and pertinent details for next Guests' use, especially regarding our breakfast. Indeed, food preparation is a very important endeavor in our community, all the way to the fact that it is an essential ingredient facilitating ceremonial events; travelers through Zuni might at times spot busy activity around the many ovens (horns) positioned near...

Though the spaces are small, the B&B is cozy with a unique character. The owner is very friendly. The entire decoration inspires someone about the pueblo and the local life and traditions. The indian crafts and the stuff brought from all over the world are amazing. The lodging looks like a small museum. But the best part of all is...

Dear Guest, Thank you for the enthusiastic review… Ah, the breakfast again; seems to appear in many reviews here on Trip Advisor. We are very proud to be serving good, varied and healthy as desired breakfasts (including fruit in and out of season, restricted diet fare such as gluten-free dishes!); it is all rendered possible by the fact that our...

Enjoyable stay - comfortable room and exceptionally friendly and helpful people. Had to spend 30mins with the housekeeper, helping her restart the wifi, but all was done in good humour. Would definitely stay again if passing through. Word of warning though - BYOB, as no alcohol available in the whole town!

Dear Guest, Thank you for the concise yet precise review. Some pertinent information about our WiFi service. Over the years, pour community has managed to offer better service in that regard: not quite yet matching what one may find in a large city, but adequate, fortunately. Ah, yes, no alcohol is being sold in Zuniland: this is a situation that...

There are not a lot of options, if you want to stay in Zuni, but we were pleasantly surprised at this little inn. It is just a block from the pueblo dwellings and the plaza. The room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We were lucky to be there when there was dancing in the plaza, and...

Dear Guests, We appreciate your focused, brief but very informative review. It is always nice to hear about our arguably wonderful breakfast, which we continue to make a special effort to prepare and serve just in time as per request from our Guests. This is a great bed and breakfast for anyone who loves something different. The rooms in the old section are small. My sister and I stayed in Room 21, the bathroom is not connected to the room.
