Leroo la Tau is one of the newer properties of the esteemed company, Desert and Delta. The facility itself is outstanding and beautifully laid out. From each balcony you get an amazing view of the wildlife along the river bed. Then in the morning, a stunning sunrise along the ridge. The safari rides are amazing with so many animals being...

We were traveling right at the end of the low season so were the first (and only) guests at Leroo La Tau when it re-opened for the season. The staff were so friendly, and made gallant efforts to make us feel welcome. We had a lot of fun and our guide, Tao, was very knowledgeable. The final night, the staff...

The location of Leroo La Tau couldn't have exceeding our expectations more. Hands down the best room of our two week trip to Rwanda and Botswana. Right on the Boteti River, the lodge bears witness to the daily struggle for survival of the desert-bound wildlife. This river is the only water source for miles; you can feel the desperation in those that finally makes it to the waters edge. The beautiful lodge rooms are spread along a kilometre of river front, so you'll never miss a...

I recently spent two weeks in Botswana travelling to five of the Desert and Delta Safari Camps.
