We stayed at the inn based on their advertised golf package. The had not made the reservations we had ask for and then, when we insisted, they booked our group for 3:12 pm, not giving us time to finish 18 holes before dark. I assume this way they got the sunset rate from the golf course. They gave us each...

We spent 2 nights at the Red Mill Inn as a little vacation-shopping escape. Kelly, in particular, and all of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was large very clean and well furnished although they should update to flat screen TVs. The continental breakfast was above average, the fresh apples, oranges, and bananas were unexpected! We purchased...

Located on the Erie Canal, this hotel is a treasure. The staff members were friendly and helpful and the rooms were really big and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, the carpeting seemed to have seen better days and had some spots. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The early riser had a chance to walk around...

Visited family in B'ville and chose to stay here. Usually stayed at Microtel before but for $20/more a night decided to give it a try. Nice place. Rooms are HUGE! Nice breafast buffet in the morning...nothing great but adequate with yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, and breads. A nice touch was make your own waffles. Staff was friendly. Would recommend this...

A little disapointed. Stay with 10 other families. Right in the center of town so the location is great. A few good bars/restuarants right near by. Our room was big and clean but that wasn't the case for everyone in our group. Also the rug in our room had multiple stains. Bathtub drain was very slow. Overall, ok due to...

Second time staying at Red Mill Inn for work and have loved it both times. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly, and the water right out back was loaded with fish (lots of bass and carp while I was there) for some early morning fishing before work! The meeting rooms have such a nice view it can be hard to...

After reading the positive reviews we found on Trip Advisor, we decided to give it a try and were very glad we did. Gary at the front desk gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and things just kept getting even better from there. The room was very clean and comfy - and we could see the fish jumping...

We had a party in one of the larger suites--it even had an upstairs bedroom--loft type. What a lovely view of the river and trees. Desk staff was friendly and very helpful about the town and places to eat and see. We'd go back again. Only there for one night.

We were pleased with every aspect of our stay, including the way that the building renovations had retained beams from the original factory. We slept as if we were home, and loved being that near the renowned B'ville Diner.
