This has to be one of the best places to get away from it all and just relax. Patty and Margaret provide excellent service and are so personable and welcoming, you feel like guests in the home of old friends. The views are beautiful, it's close to wineries, dining in Canandaigua, Geneva, Farmington, and Victor, and if you have any...

This was our first time to the Chalet and we've already booked another overnight trip! It was that amazing! From the warm welcome from Patti and Margaret to the attention to detail, everything completely exceeded our expectations! I booked a room at the Chalet as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and he loved it! (Even the birthday candle on...

There really is something special going on at the Chalet. Margaret and Pattie have a beautiful property that strikes a wonderful balance of private experience and B&B shared space. We stayed in the Lee Suite (that soaking tub!!) and loved it. The grounds are immaculately kept, the Canada geese and turtles are plenty in the pond, and the hosts are...

We just returned from our getaway at the Chalet. Margaret and Pattie welcomed us with open arms into their beautiful home. The Chalet is homey, warm and cozy. The stresses of everyday melted away. We were there for 2 nights with delicious desserts waiting for us when we returned in the evenings from our adventures and perfectly prepared breakfasts in...

My husband and I spent a weekend here in mid-March with two other couples. From the moment we walked in the door I knew we had made an excellent choice. Both Pattie and Margaret made us feel more than welcome. The Chalet is beautiful both inside and out. All three bedrooms have a perfect mix of country charm and 5-star...

We stayed one night at the Chalet for a quick getaway and wine tour. Pattie and Margaret are extremely friendly hosts and make the most delicious food and desserts. The house is beautiful, rooms are beautiful. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

My wife and I spent an amazing weekend here in February! The balcony sweet was beautiful and cozy. The through-the-wall fireplace, soaker tub and double shower were incrediby luxurious. The three-course breakfasts were absolutely amazing and the deserts at the end of the night were a wonderful treat! Pattie and Maggie were wonderfully nice, super accommodating and helpful in giving...

My wife and I spent a few days here in an unusually warm February. We drove past it the first time because it was set back from the road. This turned out to be a good thing as it allowed us to take quiet, private walks down by the pond, where we discovered lots of friendly wildlife (turtles and deer...

We just spent the most relaxing weekend at the Chalet. Margaret and Pattie have turned this beautiful log cabin in the woods into a beautiful retreat. Gorgeous rooms and a gourmet breakfast that is out of this world. Without a doubt, we will be returning. And I can't wait!

We enjoyed a weekend at the chalet. It is situated beautifully and the rooms are thoughtfully and very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The logs throughout the building give off such a warm and luxurious feel. The hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and were so accomodating with reservations and tips. The breakfasts are outstanding. I savoured each and every...

We are very glad you had such a good time during your visit with us, as winter can be a slow time of year in the area. Thank you for taking the time to let others know about your stay with us, as we enjoyed meeting you both and getting a chance to spend time with you during your visit....
