We hoped it would good but it was beyond our expectations. Everything was perfect: the house, the maintenance, the rooms, the location, the breakfasts!!!, Bill and Lynn, their presence and their advice. This was a wonderful experience.

We had a lovely stay at the Oliver Phelps. We came with some cycling friends for a long weekend, and it was a perfect home for us. The house & rooms are lovely, and Bill was wonderful at providing us information on different routes we could ride. Breakfasts were also very good - sometimes a little too good & I...

My wife have been to a lot of B&B's. This rates right up at the top. The B&B is a historic building for one thing. Our hosts, Bill and Lynn, were phenomenal. Lynn was very creative with the breakfasts which were probably some of the best we have had. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The downstairs has...

We stayed for five nights and had a great time. Comfortable, relaxed setting. Friendly, knowledgeable innkeepers. Lynne's breakfasts were tasty and creative every day - the best we have had anywhere. We especially appreciated Bill's local history and bicycle routes advice.

We stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. Bill and Lynne are the most gracious hosts we have ever met. They thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. The rooms and common areas are very well-appointed, the breakfasts are delicious and gourmet-class, and Bill offers great advice for things to do and places to eat dinner. It...

We recently spent park of a weekend at The B&B at Oliver Phelps and had a wonderful time. We were in town for a concert at CPAC and all of the local hotels were booked. What I originally considered a disappointment, turned out to be one of the best parts of our getaway. I am not always a fan of...

We stayed one night at Oliver Phelps, but wished we could have stayed longer. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They gave us directions to the winery we were going to, took into consideration my food intolerances when preparing the delicious breakfast, and were there to answer questions that we had. The home itself is very clean and comfortable. We...

We spent a weekend exploring wine country and running a half-marathon in Canandaigua. We enjoyed two nights here. The accommodations were beautiful, charming, romantic, and impeccable. Our hosts were absolutely gracious, and very helpful in assisting us with restaurant recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was sheer decadence on our first morning - on the second morning of our stay, the race...
