Visiting our daughter at Houghton College. Nice inn and innkeepers. Delicious breakfast in the morning prepared by the owners. Clean, with microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Scott was the epitome of accommodating, from late check-in to special breakfast orders to shipping forgotten items. The room was nice and clean - nothing spectacular, but it met our needs just fine. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat next time we're in this neck of the woods. Try the ice cream next door!

We stayed here while visiting Houghton College for the weekend. The rooms were immaculate, the beds were super comfy, and the owners are lovely. They serve a delicious breakfast in the mornings. There aren't many rooms, but the Inn is in a great location--near the college, close to several places to eat, and very quiet.

When you're out of the way, these folks go out of their way to make you welcome and comfortable. This is a pleasant country Inn, privately owned and operated. It's simple yet refined. The rooms are tastefully appointed and they are clean. Rooms have refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, flat screen TV with Time Warner cable, and the WIFI works well....

I stayed at the Inn because I needed a place conveniently located near the work I was doing for the week. When I got there, I was thrilled to see such a sweet, beautiful place. The courtyard is filled with flowers, a fountain and a gazebo. The room was a nice size, with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was...

I stayed at the Oramel Inn for two days in mid-July 2015 with two friends while we were biking the Genesee Valley Greenway, which runs right behind the motel. The Inn was a find - a 1950s-era motel (I'd guess) that's been recently renovated and refreshed, very inexpensive, with a great breakfast. There's an ice cream stand (Perry's) that serves...

I stayed at Oramel Inn while attending an event at Houghton College. Scott, the owner, was very accommodating and very friendly. The room was great--very clean and neat. Breakfast, made to order, was outstanding! I highly recommend staying here. I plan to return!

There is a reason why all the reviews on this site are 5 Stars. And that reason has everything with Scott E. the owner and proprietor. From the welcome to the accommodations to the fully cooked-to-order included breakfast this is the place to go if you need an inn or motel in the area. The fact that Scott also owns...

We have a son who attends and plays ball at Houghton College. We booked the Oramel Inn one weekend when the Inn at Houghton was booked and liked it so much it is now our first choice. We stayed this past weekend and have booked our next stay already. It is a standard motel with thin walls, so sound carries...
