Here it goes ... driving through NY on a road trip and stop at a gas station to search online for a hotel to spend the night. Its already late so i look for a cheap, close hotel and made the mistake of choosing this roach motel. I guess it's my fault for not reading the reviews. We arrive, the clerk was actually nice so we check in and sit our bags in the room and head up the road to get some food. After dinner we get back to the room and when i start looking around, i was disgusted. There was chunky dried blood on the wall. Not one or two spots but I'm guessing it was a blowout from a vein in somebody's arm. The headboard had a giant greasy handprint in the thick layer of dust on it, there was hairs on the pillow cases, stains on the furniture that looked like body fluids, there was marijuana and other crud in the drawers of the bedside tables, the cigarette smell choked me and it was advertised as a non smoking hotel. After i took pictures, i took my bags to the car and went to the desk, asked for a refund , was told i had to go through the booking site. I left and went to another hotel and talked to a agent from hotels.com who told me the clerk said he would not approve a refund and offered me $13 in points. I paid almost $100 for the room. I feel the room was falsely advertised so even if it's " non-refundable" a health hazard should be an exception. Lesson learned, i guess

We were looking for a hotel in the area of a friends wedding. We found this place on Travelocity, 20 minutes from the wedding property. The price was fair on the listing and was pretty average looking motel for the price. There were 4 of us. We booked 2 rooms. My friend and his wife booked a king non smoking, she is pregnant and can’t be in a smoking environment, we booked a double room with 2 double beds because that’s what was available. 10 minutes from the hotel my buddy got a call saying his room was double booked. They could only give him a smoking room which wasn’t going to work. I told him they can stay in our room with us. The motel upcharged him $40 to stay in our room. They needed a place to stay so he agreed. We got into the room to find damaged furniture. Cigarette burns in the desk chair, stained mattresses and pillow cases, it was by far the worst condition motel I’ve ever stayed in. Cheap is cheap and i am usually really understanding of the condition of these places. This, however, was unacceptable. Please book a different location. There are permanent residents at this place that make you feel less than comfortable trying to get from your car to your room as well.

Do not stay here mattress dirty, linen soiled, tv did not work & they could not fix it. Numerous holes in walls& bathroom door, floor tile cut in places, flooring would give under our lite weight, bathroom window can be seen thru, they charged 135.20 with no refund or discount. My wife slept in car for 2 hrs afraid mice or rats would attack her in bed. This place should be closed, ASAP!!!!:'_7 gvxzxyn Alfreds

worst ever motel room I have ever stayed at. nasty sheets, someone else's hair on the pillow and NO HOT WATER. Hotel staff pretend they don't understand english so they don't have to deal with your complaints and refuse to change your room to something tolerable.

This place is not good and the owners will go after you. Even if you are disabled and can’t do any . They don’t follow the rules and they supposed to be. American citizens. My dad had surgery in his heart and my ankles are not good I am in a wheelchair right now . I have brain damage. They throw us out from the motel. Me and dad living in car

I just needed a night to relax by myself to get away from the world for a night. The room that I stayed in was very clean and the staff was very lovely. The huge heart shaped hot tub was the main reason for my stay and it was fantastic!!!!!

We stayed for one night. As soon as we entered the room, the smell was heavy. I called the operator and the operator said flatly there was no other non-smoking room available. She came with a spray and sprayed the room as well as the bathroom. Her first comment was that she doesn't smell anything, but obviously that is the line she uses with all customers to disarm them. I took a bath in the smelling bathroom and the smell was aggravated. We had a terrible time using the bath room in the morning. Please don't plan to stay in this hotel. It is obviously managed very badly and customer comfort is not their priority. Worst hotel ever stayed. I think she lied that there was no more non-smoking room as there was hardly a few vehicles parked in the lot. Most of the rooms were dark and locked. Bad experience There were no bugs. The linen were not soiled, but I wonder if they were fresh with the treatment that we got from the management.

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel for business, without checking the reviews, I chose this hotel. What a huge mistake! I could not even stay there! The room was dirty, it smelled horrible & there was a heart shaped pool in the middle of the room! When I complained to the management they did offer to switch my room (I was not interested in any other room, did not get a good vibe, it was down right creepy) but would not refund me. I left there & found another place to stay because I would not have been able to sleep there. I would have given it a zero rating if I could.

This place is disgusting. Dirty. Carpet is stained, SMELLS TERRIBLE, cigarette butts on the floor in a non-smoking room, nightstand sticky from a drink from last guest that stayed here, mold on the windows in the bathroom, the list goes on & on. I slept in my vehicle, could not bring myself to stay in the room.

this motel is the worst motel ever I have been there long enough to know hey sometimes do not change the beds that they just make them when someone leaves exspeacialy after hookups that only come for one hour and only use the bed also room 21 has wall paper completely missing a weak spot in floor that u are going to fall through room 7 the carpet is all torn wall paper peeling but most of this is in every room all the rooms smell like smoke really bad andhave black mold exspecially under the sinks he doesn't give everyone same rates nightly rates are 50-70 dollars don't matter what night the whirlpool rooms are only tubs with the jets also he never empties garabage outside it smells no screens on any windows so u cant open windows unless u want bugs the wi fi doesn't work correctly I know this because I lived there for over a year in a half and was able to go in most rooms a
