We have stayed at this establishment for several months now and have found friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to resolve any issues that arise. Other guests are kind and willing to help anyone out. These are rare finds in 2021. We have throughly enjoyed our time here and the staff, amenities and other guests have really made our stay memorable and a blessing during a very personally challenging time. We would recommend to anyone in the area.

Very nice and pleasant stay, Friendly staff, clean rooms, has a play area for kids and a nice Italian restaurant near by. commutable to the mountains, a drivable distance for the mountain loop. 15 mins away for the town to get more stores.

My family (husband and 2 daughters) have been coming here once a year since 1995. It's clean, Marie and her family are great people, they are very accomodating so that your stay is pleasant. We've met many nice people on our stays there. Even though my kids have outgrown the Game Farm we still love the Catskill Motor Court. We will be there again this July and we are bringing more friends.

It felt like it was going to be the most relaxing vacation in years - even with a 3 year old in tow. On the 2nd night, the roaches began appearing. We would have left but an imminent major snow storm in the northeast kept us there for an extra day. By the next morning we had been moved to a 2 person cabin which was fine - although 3 of us were in one bed for the remainder of the trip. Once we returned home, we had to scour all laundry and bags to make sure we didnt bring any roaches back with us. Not a relaxing experience at all. What would have made me happier was more money returned on our stay. Their fix was a $50 refund and a $50 credit. After complaining to the CEO, the team reached out and upped the credit to a one night stay. Understandably, another stay is not something we are looking for. For a vacation that promises relaxation and getting some peace of mind - this one wasn't it.

The pictures are false advertising!!! Do not stay here! It's disgusting! The management is dirty ....The rooms are filthy ! Your personal belongings get tampered with and taken. There's dirty nasty slimy smelly water. Garbage all over the place! Even the soda machine is engulfed in garbage surrounding it! The rooms are dirty and unkept! Screaming and yelling from the employees and guests/ tenants morning noon and night. Keep your belongings tied up!! Garbage outside of rooms. They realllly need to update their pictures!

My wife Paula and I have stayed here several times, and we keep coming back! We usually rent the cabins which are very clean and cozy. The grounds are kept up well, and the Marie is always there to help you if you need something. We requested a mini refrigerator in our cabin, and it was put in for us the day before we arrived. We stayed for five nights in mid August, and really did not want to leave. It was very relaxing! The cabins are also very resonably priced for what you get. We are looking forward to going back again.

The most relaxing, friendliest, cleanest and laid-back home-away-from-home in Greene County. I prefer staying here to many expensive, highly rated resorts and hotels. Marie and Fred are awesome, the rooms are so comfortable, the rates are beyond affordable. It's a 'Cheers'-like atmosphere, where you can make friends and relax. I'm a regular, even though I can afford a much more expensive vacation because I'm so 'at home' here. Truly a great place to stay in this area -- close to everything but great in its own right, with a supermarket nearby, you can grill and make your own food, sit down and have some coffee and forget the world outside. 1,000,000 thumbs up.

Who says you "can't go back"? Although we stayed just one night at the Catskill Motor Court, it was a trip back in time. What seems like a life time ago, I spent many summers in the Catskill mountains. Glad to see a place like this is still around. While you could stay in chain motels nearby, this place offers the charm and relaxing atmosphere that I associate with the Catskill region. From the manicured lawns, the spotless rooms and the friendliness of the owner (sorry, didn't get her name), everything was perfect. I would stay here again (and probably will). I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing and reasonable place in the Catskills. Perfect.

this is a great place. my husband and i go there twice a year with our kids and the kids love it. the kids refer to it as "the cabin". very clean and inexpensive. close to all and very friendly.
